I called to inquire about one automobile, Cleveland was the Rep. that answered the call. He followed up to make sure I was still coming in to see the car but it was sold by the time I finally got to the d the Rep. that answered the call. He showed me a different SUV and worked with me to get a good deal. Cleveland was very friendly and patient.
