I drove 3 hours to purchase a vehicle from Wes Roberts. Wes and myself spoke for 3 days arranging the deal. I spoke to him at 7:30 pm the night before I drove. I was assured of my loan approval and that the vehicle was ready. When I arrived the next day, I learned the vehicle had been sold. Apparently it was my fault for not putting a hold on. I was never offered to hold the vehicle or I would have. Wes Roberts was at the dealership but did not even approach me to apologize. I was sent to another salesperson and offered a different vehicle. I did get a good price on the other vehicle and the only reason I purchased from them was because I was worried I would not get financing at another dealership and my current car was at the junk yard. The 2012 Hyundai Elantra I purchased just a week ago is already on its way to the shop. It is not starting. I am incredibly unhappy with this dealership. They also promised to fill my car up with gas and did not do this. If you have the ability to buy from a different dealership, I would suggest doing that. More
