Shaffer Hyundai in Schererville, IN (where I bought my previous Sonata) was a little bit less on the friendly-approachable scale, but they were equally knowledgeable, patient and organized and exceptionally polite. They earned my confidence in Hyundai but Napleton diminished it (especially trying to bribe me to give them a good review). I will not be shopping at Napleton again if I ever buy another Hyundai.
