I had a great experience at Continental Mazda, and would highly recommend the dealership to others. Earlier before going to Continental I had gone to another Mazda dealership in the Chicagoland area. I had a disappointing experience and was treated poorly and with sarcasm - My visit lasting just a couple of minutes before leaving. Following this experience I went over to Continental. Wow, what a difference. Jeremy did a great job answering my questions, was professional, friendly, and supportive to me as a customer without being overwhelming. Even after I signed all the paperwork and I bought the car, Jeremy continued to provide good customer service. He even let me know I could contact him if I had any further questions about the features of my new car as I got used to it. Brad came in from home to finalize the deal. It was the most pleasant car buying experience I've had. Brad and I talked about how most times,I go to buy a car with the feeling that the sales consultant is out to rip me off and I gear up for battle.
