I had a great experience at Continental Mazda, and would highly recommend the dealership to others. Earlier before going to Continental I had gone to another Mazda dealership in the Chicagoland area. I had highly recommend the dealership to others. Earlier before going to Continental I had gone to another Mazda dealership in the Chicagoland area. I had a disappointing experience and was treated poorly and with sarcasm - My visit lasting just a couple of minutes before leaving. Following this experience I went over to Continental. Wow, what a difference. Jeremy did a great job answering my questions, was professional, friendly, and supportive to me as a customer without being overwhelming. Even after I signed all the paperwork and I bought the car, Jeremy continued to provide good customer service. He even let me know I could contact him if I had any further questions about the features of my new car as I got used to it. It was clear to me early on that Continental's philosophy isn't just about selling cars, but providing a good experience for customers and a service partnership for the length of ownership. I entered an online bid for a new CX-9 and shortly after got a response from Mr. Waite. The response was so good, I went to Continental Mazda after work. About 2 weeks ago on a Monday, I crashed my 2010 Mazda. On Thursday , my insurer issued an estimate. On the way to my daughter's softball game at 6pm that night, I filled out an online quote form. Brad Waite was of of the first to contact me and the only one to quickly come back with hard numbers on trading up for a 2012 Mazda. I left the game about 8pm. Brad came in from home to finalize the deal. It was the most pleasant car buying experience I've had. Brad and I talked about how most times,I go to buy a car with the feeling that the sales consultant is out to rip me off and I gear up for battle. In this instance, I felt Brad was honest and forthright and we quickly came to a mutually acceptable deal. The rest of the time was spent chatting like old friends. As for the car, we've been driving our 2012 manual Mazda 3 (with skyactiv) for 2 months now, and we love it. We are getting a true 40mpg on the highway - with an overall average of 33.8mpg with highway and city combined. We're glad to have gotten a great deal on a car that has been so much fun to drive. He knew that we were just looking and had not made a decision on buying the car that day. His attitude didnt change at all and didnt pressure us on buying at that day. He followed up on us which made us feel wanting to do business with him. Eventually after a week I got my car from Continental Mazda. I would recommend the showroom and would tell anyone to contact Jeremy if they need to buy a car. More
