I had an excellent experience purchasing my new Mazda 3GT with the help of Brad Waite. I went to Continental because of the dealership and Brad's 5 star reviews on DealerRater. I also went to 2 other deale with the help of Brad Waite. I went to Continental because of the dealership and Brad's 5 star reviews on DealerRater. I also went to 2 other dealerships and found Continental to be superior to the others. I knew what model and color I wanted but I hadn't decided on a style of car or options when I came to Continental. Brad was extremely thorough and patient as he delineated in detail the cost of five different styles and options of the Mazda 3. I appreciated that Brad was so knowledgeable, but not pushy. I was still undecided about options throughout the process and, again, Brad was very patient. He certainly wasn't the stereotypical car salesman and I appreciated that. I can't say the same for another salesman and manager at another dealership; notice I didn't buy from that dealership either. I also liked that Brad didn't need to call in his manager to quote me prices. I live near Wrigley Field on the northside of Chicago and feel my trip all the way to Naperville was worth it. I also dealt with staff in the finance, sevice, parts and business office who were all very helpful and friendly. I appreciated that Brad called me the next day to see if I had any questions and offered to answer any technical questions about the navigation, bluetooth, etc. if I wanted to stop by in the future. I definitely would recommend Brad Waite and Continental Mazda to anyone wanting to purchase a car. More

In this case the Mazda3 was just the best car for us all the way around. We would be happy to do business with him and Continental Mazda again. More
I am very pleased with my new car buying experience at Continental Mazda of Naperville. I did a lot of my shopping online and worked with Brad. Brad was always prompt to reply and didn't raise a fuss when asked for an equote like many other dealerships and didn't play any games to try to lure me in. He gave straight forward pricing breaking down all the pricing components and didn't leave any hidden charges to spring on you when you go visit. They were welcoming and extremely respectful, they took my inquiries seriously and didn't blow me off like some other dealerships who told me to come back when I was more serious about buying for a test drive. I didn't buy on my initial visit there as I was canvasing various cars and dealerships, but after all my experiences I decided to drive out further just to do business with Continental Mazda. Brad was very accommodating and I'm fairly certain he took a trip back to the dealership just to sit down to talk numbers on the day of the sale even though I wasn't certain I was going to buy it that day. Overall excellent facility and service, I went back to their service dept to get some owed items completed and from my trip there it seems that their service dept is top notch as well. They will definitely be getting repeat business from me and referrals. More
I had done my research about what car I wanted and went to Continental Mazda with my mind made up and hoping for an easy experience. Not only was it easy, but it was also very pleasant and I felt really co to Continental Mazda with my mind made up and hoping for an easy experience. Not only was it easy, but it was also very pleasant and I felt really comfortable with Jeremy and Danielle. They were extremely helpful and friendly. Jeremy was great because he was willing to work with me to find the car i wanted and got the manager to lower the price of my car because they didn't have the color i wanted in stock. I had him running back and forth finalizing the deal and never did I think he was getting annoyed by it. Danielle was great because she was friendly and she seemed to really be interested in getting me a great deal with the financing and warranty. She worked with me and the bank to get me a great rate. Thanks so much to Jeremy and Danielle! :-) More
