He listened first to our thoughts and interests, and then responded accordingly to show us models that aligned with our financial and aesthetic interests. I am grateful we worked with Jeremy on this sale. With my family present during our first visit on a cold day, Jeremy brought one model inside for us. What a caring gentleman! Jeremy was great during the actual sales process, and he introduced me to the sales manager Mark. Both representatives went the extra mile to share details about price, etc., and were eager to hear my responses. We had a conversation / dialogue during the purchase process. My wife's new car got me thinking even more about my now 'old car' - trade it in soon or lose the value. My former car was 9 years old and quite honestly a fantastic car, but the age of the car was eventually going to take away all of the equity I had. Enter the Mazda 3. I've had my eye on the Mazda 3 for a while now. It's sporty, compact enough for me but not too small and the real driver here - it's a great looking car with a value that will hopefully last as long as my last car. Our experience purchasing the Mazda 3 was great - again. As expected, the service and salesmanship of the team there did a wonderful job working with me. We have two 2015 Mazda's sitting in our garage from Continental. There is no better a compliment to a store like Continental than a family having committed to two cars for the next few years with regards to payments. I wouldn't go anywhere else after our two most recent purchases. More

We brought our Mazda 5 in for service late September as we were experiencing some transmission problems. Joe Pelka was our service advisor. He told me he would call to let me know if they found something wrong with the transmission. That dreaded call came in and Joe said they found something, but this was something they have never seen before. He asked me if would be alright to keep the car to a couple more days to see if someone at corporate could take a look at the transmission problem. After going to bat for us, Joe informed me that Mazda would take care of the problem 100%. My wife and I were blown away! Mazda stepped up to the plate because Joe went out of the way to unbelievable customer service. I just wanted to let you know that my family is 100% believers in Mazda and Joe, cause the entire neighborhood poker group, friends, family and co-workers all know :-) Jon and Sara More

I hate buying cars because I always feel like I'm getting ripped off in some way, but not this time. There was no arguing or compromising, making feel like I wasn't getting what I wanted or that I was settling for anything less. They were totally fair on our trade in and I love the service packages Mazda offers. Jeremy Storing was so helpful! He even let me see his personal 2013 CX-5 to see how my baby seat would fit in the back and the storage spaces I didn't even know we're in the car. He also set my cell phone with the blue tooth and all the tricks. Honestly, this is my 3rd car I've bought for myself, and the 6th car I've help purchase for my family and this was the best experience I've ever had. I think we are a Mazda family from now on. More

Easiest New Car Buying Experience Ever I had been driving several different German luxury brand cars for the last 8 years but finally got tired of the high maintenance cost, so so mileage a I had been driving several different German luxury brand cars for the last 8 years but finally got tired of the high maintenance cost, so so mileage and paying almost $5/gal for premium gas in the summer of 2013. I was looking for a car with all the High Tech features of the cars I had been driving but with better mileage and lower cost of ownership. I did a lot of research on the Internet and found many great reviews for the new 2014 Mazda6. I then paid a visit to Continental Mazda of Naperville and met Gabriel Jiminez. He was the best informed automobile sales person I had ever meet. I'm an Electrical Engineer and often find myself asking technical questions when I make a major purchase. Generally I am rarely satisfied with the answers I get from sales people but Gabriel really impressed me with the depth of his knowledge about cars in general and Mazda's specifically. He answered all my question completely and offered additional information that helped making my decision to buy a Madza6 Touring an easy one. I have 15K miles on the car so far with no issues other than a GPS system update. On my longer road trips, I am averaging 39 MPG! Around town I still get 28MPG and this is in a full size car not an econobox. The ride and handling are great for any vehicle. I enjoyed dealing with Gabriel so much, I purchased a used Mazda3 from him for my daughter about a year later. I just called him up and gave him a general idea of what we were looking for and in about 2 weeks he called to let me know he found the perfect car for my daughter who was just about to get her drivers license. He said it was a great car that would likely sell fast. He suggested placing a deposit over the phone to be sure it would still be available when we finally got in to see it. I trusted Gabriel and he assured me if we didn't like it, the deposit would be refunded. Well it was the perfect car and we purchased it after a close inspection and test drive. My daughter is still smiling about what a great car she has. I have now been in for service (oil changes, GPS map updates and general maintenance) 3 times and I am always impressed by the service department. The work is done quickly and my car returned clean with no bad surprises or delays. I have owned over 20 cars in my life but working with Gabriel and Continental were 2 of the easiest deals I've ever made. More

Honestly, this department is probably the best part of buying my Mazda as they do quality work and greet you with a smile on return visits. While Sales may not have the same cheeriness for seeing you as you already own a Mazda you bought from them, Service makes me feel like a honest-to-God valued customer. More
