Could Not Believe How Easy This Was I'd been looking to trade my car in for a while, but was putting it off because the car buying experience is usually exhausting and very frustrating f I'd been looking to trade my car in for a while, but was putting it off because the car buying experience is usually exhausting and very frustrating for me. After a bad experience at the dealership I bought my last car from, I was about to throw in the towel and just keep my car until I found a pre-owned certified Mazda3 online, at Continental. I checked Yelp and the dealership had amazing reviews, so hoping for the best, I made one last stop. This turned out to be the greatest car buying experience I've had. Jeremy G. was very helpful, and not pushy. I have a firm budget, not the greatest credit, and no interest in negotiating - I told him exactly what I had, what I need, and the car I was interested in, and he took it from there. He came in on his day off to let me to rent the car for a day to have it checked by my mechanic, and the next day they had the financing ready and I signed and that was that. He got my price where I needed it, was quick to follow up on my questions, and NOTHING was a hassle. I left the dealership completely satisfied and finding it hard to believe it was that easy. I've since put 3,000 miles on the car and am looking forward to many more. Good cars, great customer service, and I highly recommend. More
