Great Customer Service Finally, a dealership that treats you with respect and doesn't play games! It wasn't a perfect experience but I really appreciated Jeremy and Charlie going above and beyond to make up for some bumps in the road. At this dealership, they don't just talk the talk. They are very sincere and really seem to care about their customers and good customer service. Even after I purchased my car, Jeremy has been very helpful with answering my questions and came in early to be there when I brought my car in to have some additional features installed. The service department was so wonderful that I am considering bringing my car there in the future when it needs service even though I live 45 minutes away. I went to this dealer to purchase a car because of the good reviews I read online. I was not disappointed! More

Jeremy was very well informed, knew how to address my questions about buying versus leasing and put me on the right path. There was no pressure and he did not try to "close" the deal every two minutes. I had called ahead (after communicating with them online - that worked well too) to ask that they prepare two cars for a test ride and they were ready! I did not have to wait. I appreciated that. The whole staff was courteous and pleasant. Highly recommend Jeremy and Continental. A satisfied customer. More

great experience I was looking to lease a CX-5; and Brad was both the first to respond to my internet inquiries and one of the few to give a quote over the phone (inst I was looking to lease a CX-5; and Brad was both the first to respond to my internet inquiries and one of the few to give a quote over the phone (instead of making me make the rather long drive out from the city). They were also competitive on price (matching another offer), yet also weren't at all pushy or trying to make a hard/quick sell, which were the two things I cared most about, at least at first. But by the time we left the dealership I realized that perhaps the most valuable service was the friendly, and knowledgeable help with getting to know the vehicle: from taking it out to the test track (which is awesome) and showing us driving / performance features that we might not otherwise have known about when we first arrived for a test drive, to a very thorough, detailed, and helpful explanation of all the interior features on our new car, Brad was extremely helpful throughout. More

great experience I had been in last year to look at the Mazda 3 but wasn't ready to buy. I kept Marta's card and emailed her to see if they had the vehicle I wanted. She promptly got back to me and let me know they had it. I went in the next day and purchased my new Mazda 3. Overall the experience was pretty easy and I would recommend her as well as the dealership! More
Second time coming to Continental, the first time was GREAT. The second time we came to purchase a larger vehicle, a brand new 2015 CX-5. We were greeted by Skylar and being that I was already very familiar with the vehicle I was ready to get down to business. We opted instead for the test drive, fine with me and my wife appreciated it. Skylar went over more of the vehicles features with us in somewhat more detail. Coming back into the showroom however Skylar and Mark Bimmel utterly floor me when they relate to me Continental doesn't sell any of their vehicles for less than invoice AND that they're not familiar with ANY dealership that does. Mark repeats this a couple more times. Not three hours later we were driving home from a Mazda dealership in Countryside having paid $800 less than invoice on the same spec vehicle as the one we were negotiating earlier at Continental. Free first years maintenance on it as well as lifetime car washes too. I need to update my yelp review on Continental to reflect the way Mark made my jaw drop that afternoon. More
