I get the feeling that the people at this Mazda dealership recognize they are representing really great products that exceed customer expectations at a very reasonable prices. I traded in my BMW645 because I could no longer afford to fix it after the warranty was gone. Continental gave me a really fair price for it and let me test drive the Mazda 3 series on their private road course. Frankly, I was shocked at how well it handled. He was very patient and hard working and we never felt like he was being pushy. He was very nice and seemed genuine. The test track is very nice as well so that we could try out different elements. We ended up going with a Hyundai due to extra leg room, but the CX5 was the #2 choice for us. More

Highly recommended!! My first trip to the dealership resulted in my meeting both Jeremy Storino and Mark Bimel. Jeremy listened to my needs, as I explained I was looking My first trip to the dealership resulted in my meeting both Jeremy Storino and Mark Bimel. Jeremy listened to my needs, as I explained I was looking for a 6 and we went for a test drive. However, before the drive, Jeremy took quite a bit of time to explain the car's features including the many electronic features that the 6 has.. I was quite impressed from that alone. Jeremy was able to answer every question I asked so he know his info. This is very important since I will absolutely not purchase a car from someone if I know more about the car then they do. (this happened on 2 trips to other dealers). I was looking for a 6 with the sand interior, which was very difficult to come by. Although they found only 4 in the entire Midwest region and were happy to drive quite far to to get my car, that ended up not needing to be done. Mark checked their inbound ordered cars and a Reflex Blue with Sand had just shipped from the west coast port the day before and was on it's way to their store. Timing worked out as I was going on vacation and when I returned the car was there. They kept in touch while I was gone and with combination of text's and e-mails, their communication was great. Their price was very competitive with other dealers I visited and it really was a no pressure environment. Lastly, the price and finance options as explained by Bob (Robert) very explained very simply and the end cost were what they quoted. I highly recommend Continental Mazda and dealing with both Jeremy and Mark. More

Transparent, Simple & Efficient - Great Strategy! I always hated (strong word but this is really how I felt) the car buying experience (all aspects of it: negotiation games & desking, the amount of ti I always hated (strong word but this is really how I felt) the car buying experience (all aspects of it: negotiation games & desking, the amount of time spent, and very often lack of transparency in the numbers). Thank God for internet and for Continental Mazda of Naperville! Looks like Mark Bimel (Sales Manager) and Jeremy Storino (Sales Consultant) really figured out how to change the car buying experience for people like me. Thanks to Mark and Jeremy this car buying experience was not only pleasant but actually enjoyable. From the beginning they made it transparent, simple and efficient. Jeremy by far was one of the best sales people I ever dealt with, and somehow always went beyond my expectations. For example: my new CX5 came without the cargo cover and the parts was closed the night we closed the transaction, so the next day Jeremy stopped by my house after work and installed the cover for us! Thank You both. The strategy works, so please don't change it. We really appreciate it! More
