Before Continental, I went to another dealership and had a horrible experience... I felt pressured and it seemed like the employees there were trying to put everything off until the very last second so I would have less time to think. I didn't even get a chance to look at the car I wanted. The experience that I had at Continental was the exact opposite. As soon as I met Jeremy, I felt at ease. He was extremely patient and up-front with me about everything. The first thing he did was bring me to the car so I had a chance to sit in it and look around. This made me feel so much more confident and comfortable with my decision. He walked me through every step of the process and answered questions I didn't even know I had. Even when there was an unexpected hang up, he remained calm and talked me through what needed to happen until the issue was resolved. Josh, the business manager, was also wonderful and patient with me. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable once during my time there. After all of the paperwork and financing was taken care of, Jeremy showed me around the car and helped me figure out some of the features that I was not familiar with. It was truly a great experience and I would whole-heartedly recommend this dealership and Jeremy to anyone and everyone. Also, I am completely IN LOVE with my car. I couldn't ask for anything more. More
Not the typical dealership experience I have bought three cars so far from Brad Waite. He goes above and beyond to meet your needs. He even came on his day off to finalize my purchase. Maybe I expected too Much, Disappointed I would like to help others avoid the experience I faced when at this dealership just last Friday. I am sure others have had great experiences here an I would like to help others avoid the experience I faced when at this dealership just last Friday. I am sure others have had great experiences here and can only speak to what happened personally. My girlfriend and I drove from Arlington Heights all the way to this dealership in Naperville due to such positive reviews. We were greeted by Karl who was helpful and knowledgeable as well as very friendly. Soon after we arrived Karl had already pulled around a CX-5 for us to get in and see. I was very clear with him about price range and it was determined at that time that a certified pre-owned vehicle would be more in my girlfriend's price range. We took a look at the row of preowned CX-5s and she liked the blue one with tan interior. The next thing we did was sit down and talk price. Karl asked us what we wanted to pay and I gave him a specific cost out-the-door (basically the price the preowned car was currently listed as before taxes etc) We were very pleased when Karl told us he would see what he could do and went to speak with his manager. He returned and told us that there was $1000 wiggle room on the current price. This was extremely appealing. However we had more looking to do yet. We test drove the car and were still very pleased and highly considering this offer. Prior to leaving the dealership, I asked Karl if the $1000 wiggle room he indicated would stand no matter when we came back and he was quick to tell us that he would have to be working- "so do not come in on a Tuesday or you'll have to negotiate with whoever is here." That was where our pleasant experience ended. Just 3 days later, Karl is informing us that there is no wiggle room on used cars and this is only for new cars. It is rather strange as we were not inquiring on price of a new car or wanting Karl to see what type of deal he could get us on a new car and we were looking with him at price of the preowned at the time he went to talk to the sales manager, but the dealer as well as Karl now stands by this being a "miscommunication" basically telling us that the reality we experienced on Friday didn't happen and was some sort of illusion. The "vehicle is already priced to sell." so deal with it is the overall message received at this point. The offer simply went away. Karl apologizes "if I misspoke." This is an obvious Bait-and-Switch and extremely disappointing and unfortunate. There is no way I can recommend this dealership to anyone. Another frustrating part of all this is that I have been taking care of the inquiry process for my gf and dealing with direct communication with dealerships and instead of Karl responding directly to my emails. He replied to me and even addresses me by emailing my girlfriend which is odd- almost counting on us not communicating and being on the same page with everything. When I reported my experience to management, they told me that there was an obvious mistake as Karl cannot offer these deals on cars. Yes, I know that. That is why he indicated he talked to a manager prior to offering us the appealing deal. - The dealership even had the audacity to make sure I was aware that they called Karl on his day off to find out about this experience as though this info (it being his day off) is them going above and beyond or ensuring that I should feel bad about this? Yes I know it was the day off since he expressed this when I asked if we could still have that deal and he told us to come in on a day he was working. I would be more willing to give everyone the benefit of the doubt if I hadn't verbalized the price it would be with the $1000 wiggle room to check my understanding of the situation at the time he presented it, but I did , and Karl confirmed that my understanding was indeed valid. The sad part is that the $1000 off is still well within a fair price for the vehicle and instead of the dealer honoring it and providing a positive customer experience, they are resisting and instead choose to go longer without a sale and leave two consumers who live well outside their typical sales area unhappy with an experience that has put a very poor taste in my mouth. More

Jenny Rosson took us on a test drive and was so thorough explaining all the features on the CX5 we were pretty much sold on the car. We still checked out the Honda Crv and weren't impressed. My wife and I went on vacation and waited until Jenny got back from a trip she was on. We waited because we wanted to deal with only Jenny. Done deal. My wife loves the car. Jenny has called us 2 times since the sale to see if we have any questions about operating the car. The first call,we just happened to be trying to figure out how to sync up the phone. Good timing! My first time buying a new car I did a lot of research ahead of time, went to quite a few dealers. I knew what I wanted. I worked with Brad Waite at Mazda and he was great. He knew I did a lot of research ahead of time, went to quite a few dealers. I knew what I wanted. I worked with Brad Waite at Mazda and he was great. He knew his cars, very friendly, honest, never felt an ounce of pressure. He helped me explore all of my options, and never tried making a decision for me. Overall great experience, however Mr Denny, the manager, seemed somewhat indimidating. More

He was very personable, knowledgeable, patient and genuinely a great guy! He let me test drive all of the cars that I was interested in and patiently answered all my questions and knew all of the answers ensuring I understood. At the end of the experience I walked out with a beautiful car and without Dan to assist me I don't know if I would have thought of Mazda as highly as I do. More
