We really felt like he was trying to match us to the best vehicle that met our needs. He also offered excellent suggestions about potential future needs. I would certainly recommend others to visit. Pricing was very easily obtained and reviewed- no hassle, no tricks, etc. This is an excellent dealership. More

Immediately after stepping foot into Continental Mazda, I was surprised to be able to just look around and sit in cars at my leisure. If I had a question I could go to friendly product specialists and they were happy to help. If I wanted to test drive a car, they'd get it, I'd drive it, and then I was free to leave afterward. I felt like I was in control of the experience the whole time. I visited the dealership multiple days and worked with a few different staff, all of whom were exceedingly friendly and knowledgeable. Dan was really helpful in reducing any anxiety I had throughout the process, providing insight into the pros and cons between various models/trims, and showing me how to get the most out of each fun car in Mazda's lineup. It was a great experience, and it was easy to forget that I was working with a salesperson and not just a buddy I was bringing along to test drive cars with. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend Continental to anyone looking for a new car! More

Low Pressure, Excellent Experience A few months ago I had visited Continental Mazda with my 20 year old son who was looking for a used car. He was the customer and I made it a point to A few months ago I had visited Continental Mazda with my 20 year old son who was looking for a used car. He was the customer and I made it a point to stay out of it because he's smarter and better and informed than me. I knew I was also going to need a new car soon, so while he was involved with the salesman and taking a couple of test drives, I looked at all the new Mazdas even though I hadn't really considered them prior to our visit. I was overdue for a haircut and looked kind of scruffy, but was treated with respect, even though I wasn't actively shopping. More importantly, the staff was good with my son when other dealers treated him like a kid. After that experience, I began to do research and found that most Mazdas were highly rated by the major magazines and websites so put them at the top of my list. When my wife and I went to Continental for a test drive, Marko Knezevic answered all our questions without pressure, so we returned a week or so later to buy a CX-3, which we are very happy with. We felt much more valued as customers than we did at Honda and not just another statistic. Low pressure and an excellent car buying experience. More

Was so impressed with his professionalism, promptness, and follow up. We felt very comfortable with him and absolutely no "dealer" pressure. Since our initial purchase we had contact with both the service department and parts department. Never has such attentive customer service. Highly recommend this dealership!!! More

We started looking in November and got sidetracked from the process and didn't start looking again until March. During that time Jeremy kept in touch with us via email. He never pressured us to come back in or anything. When we started searching again we called and Jeremy set up for us to take an extended test drive of a car outfitted like in exactly the way we wanted. It was great getting to drive the car for a couple hours without any sales people in the car. They would have allowed us to take the car overnight, but that wasn't necessary. Jeremy provided me with a price quote via email and then when we came in he stuck to that price. He did not use any bait and switch tactics. All in all we felt like we were dealt with honestly and respectfully by everyone at Continental Mazda and we are very happy with our purchase. More
