We bought a used Nissan Pathfinder on 9/2, late in the evening on a Friday. Car was in great shape, except for 2 minor issues that they said they would fix. I had to bring the car back (90 minutes each way from my house) which isn't a big deal, but they didn't fix the cosmetic issue properly and want me to bring it back down to them again, won't work with a shop near me. Their vendor already screwed it up once, didn't want to do that again. I thought it's a bit odd that they won't even give you a full tank of gas with the purchase. I was told "it's a used car, full tanks are only for new cars." Very odd. Never seen that before. So here I was leaving the dealership after 11pm at with 1/8 of a tank of gas. Overall I like the place, and would give them another shot if I was in the market for a car. More

Best Car Buying Experience I've Ever Had I came in to Continental Mazda to look at the CX-5. My previous car was a Mazda3 and I'd been bringing the car there for service and have always been I came in to Continental Mazda to look at the CX-5. My previous car was a Mazda3 and I'd been bringing the car there for service and have always been impressed with the staff. I knew what model I was looking at, what packages I wanted, and he took me back and showed me at least three or four different cars that were exactly what I wanted in different colors. He was refreshingly very honest about colors, interiors, what he would and wouldn't recommend. We took the car for a test drive on Naperville's test track and then he walked me through the pricing. He went through the list of all their current discount incentives and pulled out each one that I qualified for, and was very patient with all my questions about how the pricing is structured. This was the least I've EVER felt pressured when buying a car. Bob in finance was wonderful and worked with me on making sure I was perfectly comfortable with the payments. Great experience, love the car, happy to give them more business in the future. More
