Great sales staff, great financing options I knew what car I wanted. I had been looking at the Mazda 6 for quite some time. I explored other Mazda dealers in the area but none had the inventory I knew what car I wanted. I had been looking at the Mazda 6 for quite some time. I went to Edmunds to get a quote on a 2016 Mazda 6, printed the price quote certificate and headed to Libertyville. The car I looked at online was available and was exactly as described on the website. Frankie was very helpful; no high-pressure sales tactics. He would have been happy to sell me the 2016, but I wanted to look at the 2017 models as long as I was there. Again, great selections in their inventory. And the price difference between the 3016 and 2017 models was negligible. Test drove a 2017 and loved it. Bought it that same day. The support I've received since purchasing the car had been fantastic. Very helpful in answering the most trivial questions. And I received what I think was a very generous offer on my trade, a 10-plus year old GM car with 100,000 mikes on it. A car with a less-than-spectacular Northstar engine. Because I drive cars until they're practically dying, I opted for the extended service contract. I'm hoping it will pay off, but I bought it because my experience with the GM car. I'm not a negotiator, but I think I did very well with choosing Napketon. More

I was curious about safety and really wanted a safe car. I was pleased that my salesman, Frankie, was able to explain in the fullest detail the car safety rating and features. My passengers are mostly my grandchildren and I did not realize the Mazda specializes in being a family car. For that I am very fortune and grateful that not only do I now own a top safety rated car, I also know that my babies and I are safe.
