Bought a 2016 Mazda 6 Touring We decided to look at cars with Mapleton Mazda of Libertyville because they were the closest dealership for the cars we were interested in. Kelsey was We decided to look at cars with Mapleton Mazda of Libertyville because they were the closest dealership for the cars we were interested in. Kelsey was very helpful in allowing us to test drive two cars we liked. She was friendly and warm. The car we decided to go with had recently arrived on the lot and still had to go through certification and detailing so we arranged to come back a few days later to complete our purchase. We met with Chris who was energetic (even at 730 on a Tuesday night) and walked us through the final details of the car and last minute paperwork. He showed us the features of the car and answered all of our questions. We then met with Bill in the financing office who was friendly and knowledgeable. Both Chris and Bill stayed late to help us complete the purchase due to work schedules (we finished all paperwork about half an hour after their usual close time). Overall a great experience, the only reason it was not a 5 star review was that some of the paperwork we completed on our first visit was misplaced and so we had to fill out the same forms multiple times. I do not see this as being a problem if you were buying a car that had already completed the certification process. Thanks Kelsey, Chris and Bill for putting us in our beautiful new car!!! More
