I bought a pre owned Mazda in June 2020. "MJ" thought he was the thing since he liked to link himself to The Michael Jordan. First he would not be bothered to go on a test drive. Then as we talked about wear and tear on the car he told me the brakes were at 50%. A few weeks after I owned the car I heard grinding, two months later I have 20% front brakes and 15% back brakes. He also would just say yeah yeah to any questions I would ask him, I had to demand that he address the specific question. He flipped through Car Fax, did not give me a copy and when I called the dealership to see if they would rectify the situation they of course did not call me back. Wish I had read these reviews before I went to this dealership. I don't even see this salesperson on the list anymore. More
I bought a 2020 Mazda6 from this dealership. Marty was willing to work with me to get me the car I wanted as well as the deal I wanted. I knew I was being offered a fair deal and am very happy with my pur willing to work with me to get me the car I wanted as well as the deal I wanted. Bait and switch tactics on their Certified Pre-Owned Mazdas They advertise several of their pre-owned Mazdas as Certified Pre-Owned vehicles with whatever cost they have online. Once you walk in and start to s They advertise several of their pre-owned Mazdas as Certified Pre-Owned vehicles with whatever cost they have online. Once you walk in and start to sign the paperwork you find out they've added an $885 fee they call "accessories". If you push them to give you the details as to what "accessories" means, they'll eventually tell you that it's the Certification fee...that somehow wasn't included already in the advertised price for the vehicle that was labelled "Certified Pre-Owned." These guys are shady as xxxx as you absolutely should avoid them. Sales manager clearly didn't want to talk to me when I just asked for an itemized breakdown of "accessories", got really short and rude. Salesperson eventually sent me a 3-paragraph copy-and-pasted "tugging-on-the-heartstrings" email about how "That certification fee is covering for all the incidentals from the previous owner who may have been a little old lady who brakes too hard, or a mom of 3 whose 4-year old spilled ice cream...etc..." It was a whole bunch of "love America and be proud" nonsense that still doesn't excuse them advertising a vehicle as CPO and then not actually having it be CPO until you pay an extra grand on top of the advertised price. These people should be shut down. More
Please don’t go to this dealership. Run a very shady business, deceptive , and very unprofessional manner. These people rip of the customers . I bought Toyota Camry . We agreed on a price but they charged me $850 for the services which are not mentioned in the bill of sale . As a matter of fact the dealership sold me the car for the price we agreed plus $850 . Dishonest way of doing business. I would suggest everyone not to go to this dealership. More

Regardless, their customer service sold me, this is the dealership I need to work with. Kelly, the finance manager is excellent. She is knowledgeable and patient, not making me feel rushed making important decisions. Brandon, my sales rep, has been amazing. He is friendly, efficient, and very helpful. I’ve come back a few times since my purchase (to bring some more paperwork, get a maintenance plan etc.) and everyone is so friendly. On my most recent visit I really needed my car washed. Brandon was there to help. He right away took my car himself. Napelton mazda 11/10 would recommend :) More

Horrible Service Issue Came into the dealership to have two open recalls done. I also asked Jeff the service manager to have someone looks at the cars idle problem. He said no problem but we will charge toy 148 dollars diaognastic fee. Jeff called me later in the day to tell me I need new pcv valve and hoses. He said about 3 hours labor plus parts. Altogether around $560. He said he will order the parts and have the repair done on Saturday. Saturday comes around and I call to see when I can pick up my car. They told me that my car isn't a priority. They will get to it on Monday. I asked to speak to Brian the general manager. He calls me back to tell me that he has to witnesses that state I was never promised my car back on Saturday. They get to it on Monday. Monday comes around and one of the parts they ordered is bad. Jeff calls me to tell me he might have it finished later in the day. Finally I get the car back and drive it two days before the check engine comes back again. I call Jeff to come in and have them check it out. He tells me he's to busy to help. Long Story Short Stay Away From This Dealership. More
