In my experience with Napleton Mazda (particularly Sam Youngs, Luke and Kelly White) I found that they chose deception over integrity. When I was presented with the purchase agreement it included an $8 Youngs, Luke and Kelly White) I found that they chose deception over integrity. When I was presented with the purchase agreement it included an $885 conditioning fee. I questioned Sam about this and he told me that this fee is visible as "the biggest number on every car", "was clearly labeled on the website" and is "non-negotiable". None of these statements are true but when I proved it to Kelly by showing her seven cars in a row that had no mention of this charge she tried to explain it away by saying maybe the cars are new to the lot. She had nothing to say when I showed her that the car I was buying had been on the lot for a month and had no mention of this fee. When I stood up and said I was walking away from the deal, this fee was removed from the purchase agreement. My purchase agreement also included a $399 charge for "VIN etch". When I asked Luke where I can find the VIN etching, he showed me a sticker and said one is placed on every car. When I inspected the car I did not find etching or a sticker. When I again asked Luke to show me the etching or stickers, he refused. He also stated "What is $400 to you? You have a job and will get another $400. If I was spending thousands on a car I would not worry about $400". I asked to speak to his boss, Kelly, and she was also unable to find stickers or etching. She then gave me a sticker that states "vehicle is engraved with traceable identification codes". I asked where the codes are and she said she doesn't know. I later confirmed with the warranty provider (SWDS) that the dealer is required to etch or affix a code to the doors or windows for the warranty to be valid. In my experience, Kelly and Luke showed that Napleton is not doing this and charging customers $399 for an invalid warranty. I filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau but Napleton did not respond. I know I will never go back to Napleton, but if you choose to buy a car from Napleton I urge you to remain diligent to avoid paying these unnecessary charges. Stand firm and challenge every explanation you are given regarding these expenses. More

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Very shady, dishonest with terrible customer service. My 19 year old grandson traded in his 2019 Toyota Corolla and purchased a 2011 Mazda. Driving the car home, he heard a squ terrible customer service. My 19 year old grandson traded in his 2019 Toyota Corolla and purchased a 2011 Mazda. Driving the car home, he heard a squeaking noise and smelled something burning. He bought the car back. Nick had 72 hours to cancel his purchase. Matt, the dealership owner, told Nick he would have the service dept. check the car out. Nick went back the next day and told them he changed his mind and was cancelling the purchase. The salesman had a huge argument with Nick. Told him he was not getting his Toyota back and he couldn't cancel the sale. Matt called the next night, yelled at my grandson, told him that because he tried to cancel the purchase he was not going to fix anything on the car. Matt wanted to speak to me because the car traded in was also in my name and I had to sign a release of the car. I told Matt he was "F--king" my grandson over and I wasn't signing anything. He yelled at me that he would sue me and it would cost me $50,000! I went to the dealership the next day with Nick. Matt came and stood over me and in a threatening voice and told me he had "the upper hand" and I would sign release on the Toyota or be sued. He also said, "Once you sign the release, get out of my dealership. You're not staying here with your grandson while everything is finished up." I am 74 years old and I was threatened and mistreated by this dealership. My grandson had to have new brakes put in the car. The existing brakes were worn down to the.metal. THEY SELL UNSAFE CARS! Stay away from these creeps. More
Staff was rude, disrespectful and lied about car cost, switched cost at the end. 1. Sales person mislead us to let us to charging a premium when they promised on the phone that there was no charge. 2. After coming to an agreement, we left feeling good even though they messed up premium when they promised on the phone that there was no charge. 2. After coming to an agreement, we left feeling good even though they messed up the math by charging us $300 dollars more. 3. We got a call that the car was in and when we got there they told us they didn't want to do business with us unless we agreed to pay $2000 more than agreed on (even though we have signed paperwork). I've bought over 20 cars in my lifetime and I understand things are rough in the automotive industry right now, but the sales team literally screwed us over and mislead us so they could make even more money. And car sales people wonder why they have a terrible reputation? We did not agree on the extra money because they clearly were trying to screw over our family. They even used the excuse that the car had been there for a day, even though we came all the way over there with all of the money in cash. Terrible people. Terrible company. More
