We were in the market for a new car and knew what we wanted. Salesman Sam Zayed answered all our questions and inquiries promptly by phone and fax. The process was very pleasant and personal. This rating is given because I orginally walked into dealership depressed-disgusted-and aaddend about my financial situation, which was featured in The Chicago Tribune, newspaper. A situation my husband and I had absolutely no control over, but were stuck in the middle of. Our credit was destroyed as a result and we desperately needed another vehicle. We were interested in doing a trade-in on our GM Oldsmobile Minivan. We went on internet, searching for large dealerships in North Suburbs. We decided to call and visit Libertyville GMC dealership. We were looking for a chance to rebuild our credit rating, frm someone willing to give us a chance; I called, and spoke to Sam Zayed. We arrived and was met by Sam Zayed, and have been with him ever since. He assured us it would be alright. Not to worry! And what happended to us wasnt our fault.He said, we were in the right place and today was going to be a good day for us! Not to Worry! It took hours of hard negotiations back and forth (the entire day) but we walked out of there with a nearly new vehicle approx. 1 year ago. He told us make sure we made all pymts on time-building up our credit-and come back in a year or so. Well, exactly one year later, just yesterday, we walked back in, not expecting to do anything,just inquiring and walked out of the door with (this time) a brand new automobile! We did exactly what Sam, suggested, and it seems to all be paying off for us! I thank God for you all! We are good-honest-hard working couple and our credit was nearly destroyed due to no fault of our own, and Mr. Sam Zayed, believed in us by taking a chance with us, and we prevailed! It is still a long up hill battle in getting our A-1 one credit rating back-but, we are optimistic... because, purchasing new vehicles and paying our bills on time will help us get there. We have never had a delership try so hard to make it happen for us... We will never go anywhere else and Sam Zayed, is our salesman for LIFE! I would recommend not only the Dealership, but also Chris Behle. We purchased a 2012 Buick LaCrosse, with a Premium 1 package and have enjoyed the car totally. It handles very well and has a comfortable ride. This is the 2nd Buick product that I have owned and so far I'm glad I chose the LaCrosse. More

They worked with my credit situation and with the help of Matt Larson I was financed for a 2011 vehicle at a great price and rate. I had a horrible experience with two other big name dealerships. Libertyville Buick GMC was friendly, extremely helpful and quick when it came to closing the deal. I am grateful I found them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car. I recently purchased a 2012 Buick Regal from Libertyville Buick. I found the car on cars.com. Chris Behlke made the process very easy. I live almost 900 miles away and we were able to review and discuss t Buick. I found the car on cars.com. Chris Behlke made the process very easy. I live almost 900 miles away and we were able to review and discuss the car like I was next to it. Upon getting ready to buy the car Chris and his team made it very easy to complete the transaction by working with my local bank to close the deal. I flew into O'Hare Airport and Chris picked me up! Now that's what I call service. I drove the car home (all 800+ miles) and enjoyed it all the way. There are dealerships that "say" the do internet sales, and there are dealerships that really "DO" internet sales - Chris' team knows how to really "DO" and get things done to make for a great buying experience. I found the sales experience with no pressure and much much better than my local dealer (BTW which Libertyville Buick beat by a country mile, savings were well worth way more than the price of the plane ticket to go get the car!). Sam was great, he was very attentive to me and my brother in law. He worked hard to get me my 2004 chevrolet Venture. My brother in law and I was going to get some gas, a staff member stopped us. He asked me if we were going to get some food, because they had food upstairs and welcome us to it. Matt Larson was also great, he wasn't out just to make the sell. When he found out I had previous plate from my old car, with recent stickers. He suggested having the plates transferred to save me money. I was very impressed with my overall service here, and would love to come back when I'm ready to look for a new car. I highly suggest someone to come and check this dealership out!!!! More
