(Manager) were great to work with throughout. They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied...and I appreciated that even in difficult circumstances (COVID-19 distancing) they made me feel welcome and safe. With any large purchase (especially auto sales) there are going to be moments where both customer and employees are going to fight for the best "deal" on their own behalf. I felt that the folks at Napleton (Glenview) were fair willing to engage in appropriate ways and would recommend giving them a shot at your business. Thanks for working with me to get me something that I know I will enjoy driving for years to come. More
5 star only for Bob and Dan On February 29th me and my 5 star only for Bob and Dan On February 29th me and my husband walked in to Hyundai Napleton in Glenview, we were greeting by someone who looked a 5 star only for Bob and Dan On February 29th me and my husband walked in to Hyundai Napleton in Glenview, we were greeting by someone who looked at us weird and gave us a fake smile, we said we are here to buy a car , that person waving their hands up and down stated "I'm the director "(Jimmie page) my husband than stated "oh great since you are the director you can answer some questions I have " the director replied waving his hands again saying " I'm busy , I will get a person to show you a car" , we were very nicely greeted by a car salesman named Bob , we had a deal made with him and we were supposed to come back at a different time, we were thinking things over, in the mean time someone bought the car , which is understandable because we didn't leave a deposit . We had and appointment with Bob on March 2and at 7pm we walked In and again we were poorly greeted by the director , we said "we have an appointment with Bob" the director answers " bob is not here i send him home for a week he is sick , but i have other guys who could help you , all of a sudden out of nowhere comes Bob he says " hi guys" i say hi Bob your director just said you were not here that he sent you home , Bob answers " I'm here I had and appointment with them, and you didn't tell me to go home" who with Bob we decide on the car but we have to wait for it to come because it was unavailable, so we leave a deposit and right before we leave here comes the rude director and right in front of us says "Bob did they pay you?, did they leave a deposit? I was shocked how could you disrespect your clients like that , and also not trust your employees to do their job. On March 7th I went to pick up my car the director Jimmie page was not there, I had Bob and Don helping me out with "real" smiles and I felt like I was provided real genuine customer service, they were excellent. On march 10th i returned because I had to have some things done like a starter app and i had to pick up my deposit, I noticed the director is in his office so I approached him and told him how nicely I was treated by his employees he said "thank you " but than I said you need to take a lesson from them because they know customer service and you do not and he got beet red with anger, I told him how I felt how he was wrong to treat us that way and to treat his employees that way ( I called Bob's number and after 3 rings it went to the directors direct line so I couldn't leave a message for Bob I didn't trust that he will receive it, I felt like he was stealing clients from people like bob and don and giving them to his what I could only call "goons" his puppets with his rudeness. ) well during me telling him how I feel he says to me "get out" i said I'm not done talking to you let me please finish he repeats "get out " and waves his hands around like a deranged person and would almost hit me if I didnt take some steps back as I saw him starting to get angry , so I'm writing this review hoping someone puts this man in his place I feel real bad for employees because if he could treat clients like that he for sure treats them like dirt . A Sweet Deal I have been going to this dealership for year, but recently it changed owners and I lost my main contact. I was in for service and saw a new car I re I have been going to this dealership for year, but recently it changed owners and I lost my main contact. I was in for service and saw a new car I really liked. Radek stopped by to say hello and we started talking about the car. He worked with Dan and David and before too long they had worked out an offer I could not pass up. There was one major stumbling block - I need a CD player in my car as I listen to a extensive collection of books on CD when I drive. New cars do not have CDs as an option, but they found a provider that was able to install a nice unit. They really went out of their way to make certain I had everything I wanted in this car. Post sale I have received several calls from Radek checking to make certain I know how everything works, that I am happy with the car and to ask if there is anything he could do to make my experience better. The just isn't - the experience was great! More

Marc met me as I cam in and was very clear in his explanation of what would be done. He confirmed my service coupon and had the car taken in right away to be serviced. I walked into the showroom to look at the new cars and was interested in one - not because I was looking to buy, but because I wanted to see what was new. I had worked with Radek on the purchase of my wife's car 7 years ago, but he never fails to stop and say hi when he sees me. He say I was interested in the new car and worked with Dan to see what I might get in trade and what kind of deal could be worked out. I told him I was really not looking to buy, but he said it would be no trouble. They prepared a very nice offer, but I really was not looking to make a change. They said they would talk wit David to see if he could sweeten the deal, which they did and I received a call from David that night as a follow-up. All this being said, there was no high pressure exerted to make a sale, they were simply providing information and options, which I greatly appreciated. I did not but the new car, but guarantee that when the time comes, I will be going back to Napleton to make the purchase. More

Set up an appointment with George in service. A rived about an hour early for my appointment and George Kuhn wrote me up and took me right away. The staff is always pleasant and professional.
