Disappointed and wont return or recommend I bought a new Sonata here in 2013. I returned the other day to look at purchasing a new Palisade. I reached out to David Choi because he was extremel I bought a new Sonata here in 2013. I returned the other day to look at purchasing a new Palisade. I reached out to David Choi because he was extremely helpful in that Sonata purchase. This time, David "assigned" Adam Malec to me to show me a Palisade. Although Adam seemed knowledgeable, he at times would talk over me and not answer all my questions. I told him what vehicle I wanted and being he did not have that specific model and color on the lot, he said he would work in obtaining what I wanted in a dealer trade. After a few days, after not hearing back from Adam, I went to a different dealer. Definitely a less than satisfied experience than in 2013. More

Buying a car during a global pandemic certainly presents some unique challenges, and I recently bought a 2020 Palisade at Napleton Hyundai Glenview. Buying a car during a global pandemic certainly presents some unique challenges, and my salesperson Elizabeth was very helpful and knowledgeable and did a great job answering all my questions via email during the week as to minimize the time spent in the dealership. She also took a lot of time to go over all the features of the car both before the test drive and after the car was purchased. Jimmie Page was also very helpful working to get me a lower rate than Hyundai was offering to help get my payment down to what I wanted. Since I initially inquired about the car online, Cynthia from internet sales also reached out to me to make sure that someone got back to me and I was getting all my questions answered. Everyone I dealt with in the dealership was very friendly and made this the easiest car purchase I have ever made. More
