What a welcoming car shopping experience! I usually dread the whole bs that goes along with purchasing a car. I was referred to this dealer by a friend. Just straight talk with no sense of being "sold" something, and I could tell he really believed in the product line. I had researched the car I was looking at (Genesis) and his right to the point bottom line for the car was very close to what I was hoping to pay for it. No haggling, no pressure, no back and forth. A great product at a fair price. My prior experiences were with BMW, where I was ALWAYS sold a bill of goods. The Genesis is nicer than the BMW 5 Series, at a much better price. This review is my way of thanking Bob for reminding me that sales can be a noble profession, and I would urge anyone who is considering Hyundai to stop in and see Bob. Thumbs up! More
