The whole experience is painless and you leave feeling that you made a good decision and will not regret coming back for service or sending friends and family to them to purchase a car. My experiance at Loren Very friendly staff that took there time in explaining which vehicle will fit my needs. I went for a test drive with the salesperson (John Adamidis). This is what I liked. After the test drive I was greeted by the general manager(David Choi), and He also explained the vehicle in depth beginning with features and finishing with the warranty details. Then He introduced me to the finance manager (Phil), and He also was very knowledgeable about the finance end. The next step I met the owner (Dennis). He showed me his new car department, and took me to the back to show His service department. He explained to me that there service department can get my new vehicle serviced, and that He has highly skilled technicians to repair it. Overall very pleased with the dealership, and its staff. Great follow up and delivery as promised!! I needed to get a car for one of my sons and saw that Loren had a nice selection of certified Hyundai Tucson's. Drove down, found one that we liked, a I needed to get a car for one of my sons and saw that Loren had a nice selection of certified Hyundai Tucson's. Drove down, found one that we liked, and ultimately made a deal. The whole process was simple and easy and my son loves his "new" car! I think they did an excellent job all around and I like that. Great Used Car Experience I just purchased a Used Elantra from Loren. My salesperson, Jim was very knowlegeable about the product, was very friendly and made me feel special! The car was waiting for me, clean and snow free. He was concerned about my being out in the cold. The price was fair and he showed me the Carfax Report and the work that the dealership had performed. He explained that the price would be close to the internet price, but he was able to discount it a little. When we returned from the drive, we pulled right into the service garage where Jim introduced me to the service manager and he checked out the car to be sure it was OK before I drove it home. We did the paper work and I extended the warranty. I'll have this car for a long time and don't want to worry about repairs. Jim introduced me to the finance man and he was so nice too! Everyone was so professional and made me feel special, I have a friend from school who lives near here and maybe I can come visit her when I get my car serviced here. More

Buyer Beware!! Shame that that their customer base are honest trustworthy north shore customers. Alex and Greg and Phil their business Manager all had a hand in misrepresenting my deal with them., I walked out with 2 different sale agreements (hmmmm the attorney general will be contacted). Their sale prices are only listed to get you to visit their dealership. I originally called ALEX about a vehicle I was interested and asked specific questions. He misled me and did his job to get me to step foot into their dealership, so that my trip wasnt an entire WASTE of time, asked me to give me a price on a different vehicle sitting. That's when the GAMES begin.. If you try to finalize a deal with them they will not tell you that they are going to slip in additional fees like $799 for delivery and $289 for VIN etching without your knowledge. NOT true that their vehicles go through a 150 point inspection either. Had a master mechanic inspect it after hearing clunking sounds when backing up the vehicle. The car I pulled out with needed over $1300 worth of repairs and UNSAFE. The only way that their SERVICE department could miss that is if they never inspected the vehicle or planned on having their sales department pass that cost to a future trusting customer. The worst car buying experience ever.....UPDATE! Greg their used car manager agreed to repair my car and after dropping it off, they kept the car hostage for 4 days! When they called to let me know the car was done, found that they did not repair the vehicle as agreed. I paid out of pocket to have the work done elsewhere. My mechanic got parts to complete the repairs in an hour. Loren Hyundai told me that parts needed to be ordered from out of state and why I had to wait 4 days......THIS is how they treat customers??? THIS how you want to be treated?? To date, I have made 5 visits to their dealership to try to resolve these issues to no avail. DONT say I didn't warn you! More
