Wonderful service and help I just bough t a Santa Fe sport last week. I was having trouble with programing the blue link. I went to Loren Napleton Hyundai and was helped be Wael Khalaf and the manager Dan Meegan. They had the patience of a Saint. I was there for 3 hours . Wael was on the phone for over two hours. We talked to 3 agents at Blue Link until finally we found someone who helped us finally get through to finding the right password. He worked really hard. We also talked to his supervisor. Both gentlemen at NapletonHyundai were wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone who was looking to purchase a new car. They helped me through the whole process. Susan Labow More

New car While going thru TruCar I asked for more info and all 3 dealerships started hounding me. I requested everyone leave me alone as I shop on internet. Napelton Hyundai was the day nay dealership to Honor that request. I had conversations with April and Amanda in Emails. First day I came in I was greeted by Tom McHugh who started me on my journey. I returned about 8 days later and was able to purchase my Santa Fe Sport at a fair price( I tried lower but it is what it is). It has been 3 days and I am very happy with my Purchase and follow up customer service!! More

Great Experience! I'm writing this review based on the incredible experience I had with Dan Meegan, one of the Sales Managers at Napleton Loren Hyundai. I came to Dan a I'm writing this review based on the incredible experience I had with Dan Meegan, one of the Sales Managers at Napleton Loren Hyundai. I came to Dan a the end of my rope. My 2015 Hyundai had been leased through Grossinger Hyundai in Lincolnwood,and after multiple unreturned phone calls from them plus a bizarre interaction where the phone rep insisted that she had spoken with me and had scheduled an appointment with me (both untrue), I was on the search for a Hyundai dealership that would provide some much needed honest customer service. Enter Dan Meegan. Dan promptly returned my email and understood that it was easiest for me to correspond via email versus over the phone due to my schedule. Positive points for this. I can't tell you how many times I tried to email Grossinger and only received phone calls in return. What is the point of asking you to email me if you just continue to call me?! UGH! Anyway - so Dan and I proceeded to email throughout the day while I explained my situation and he searched for what might be a good solution. Do you know what the solution ended up being? Waiting and not leasing a new car right now. I am not sure what other dealership would have been this honest with me. Instead, they would have finagled to get me in, fast talked me into confusion and then put me in a lease I was uncomfortable with. Not Dan. I cannot tell you how much his honesty and interest in doing the "right thing" meant to me. I can lease/buy a car anywhere - but without a doubt, at the end of the year, I will be going to see Dan at Napleton Loren Hyundai. Such a great guy. Thanks again Dan...and sorry for the belated review. Life is crazy!!! :) More
