New Car Purchase After having been to a couple of other dealerships I came to Napleton. I was most likely a difficult customer as I had a specific need and price but After having been to a couple of other dealerships I came to Napleton. I was most likely a difficult customer as I had a specific need and price but not a specific vehicle in mind that I wanted to purchase. Everyone here was absolutely pleasant to deal with. Ben, Dan and Jimmy all jumped in and started crunching numbers, providing options and generally just trying to find me an option that checked all of my boxes. At other dealerships, unbelievably, seemed disinterested in this type of process. The Napleton crew couldn't have been friendlier though. I will be going back. More

My experience was wonderful! David and Al were mist helpful David, Al, and the Finance Manger made my experience very pleasant, and answered my many questions. I wasn't in the market for a new car, but my prev David, Al, and the Finance Manger made my experience very pleasant, and answered my many questions. I wasn't in the market for a new car, but my previous car was in a hit-and-run accident, resulting in a total loss. I was referred to David by my employer, and he was able to turn my loss into a Hyundai gain. While David took the time to work with his finance manger on my loan, Al took me for a ride in my new Kona, which I absolutely love! Al also took the time to connect my phone to my car, and explained the new dashboard to me. He also offered to have me return, to further explain any future questions I may have. The finance manger was also great (wish I could remember his name). He was instrumental in securing the appropriate financing, and guided me through the entire process. Without hesitation, I will recommend Loren Hyundai to everyone. Thank you for a wonderful experience. More
