Courteous, helpful and professional.l I called George the service manger to see if he could squeeze me in as I had an unexpected day off from work. He did and I was able to schedule a bat I called George the service manger to see if he could squeeze me in as I had an unexpected day off from work. He did and I was able to schedule a battery replacement and an oil change. The cable that locks my back seat in place broke and after they ascertained that was the problem - told me it was a big job and then couldn't do that day as I was squeezed into schedule as it was. I was fine with that. George told me to schedule bringing it in by appointment and temporarily fixed the problem so back seat was locked in until I could replace cable running through it. I keep bringing my 2010 Tucson to the dealer because I have always received good service there. They work with my schedule as much as possible. Thank you, George More
