My mother and I visited several dealers prior to coming to this location and every single one was sneaky and played their games. The experience with Elizabeth, however, was simple, straightforward, informative, and just seamless. If I could give a 6-star rating, I would in a heartbeat. The stereotype of the pushy car salesperson does not apply to Elizabeth in the slightest and I can guarantee that she will make your time at the dealership worth it, whether you walk out with a car or not. Tom, the finance manager, is also a pleasure to work with and makes your options very clear to you. David is also experienced and informative. Great first time buying experience at this dealership. I give the dealership 4.5 stars and would have given 5 but there was a slight miscommunication. I've been looking for 2022 Genesis GV70 in a 2.5L Sport with Prestige package trim for a month. A member fro but there was a slight miscommunication. I've been looking for 2022 Genesis GV70 in a 2.5L Sport with Prestige package trim for a month. A member from their internet department got a hold of me to inform me one came. Unfortunately, once I placed a payment to hold the vehicle I was told the price quoted was incorrect. No big deal because I really wanted this vehicle. However, I was also told the only difference between the 3.5L and 2.5L with prestige trim was the engine block which sold me. When I arrived, to my dismay there were a few differences besides the engine. At any rate, the differences weren't a deal breaker and the sales rep Elizabeth Strange did a phenomenal job with explaining all the features and even assisting me with setup and showing me how to use the parking assistance function. She was warm and personable too. Also for this price point I was hoping for some champagne and a big red bow but I know I arrived rather late. Lastly, come pre-approved with your own financing company. More

This review is for all buyers thinking of purchasing online at this dealership. I really wanted to give this dealership five stars as everything was going really smooth until I received delivery of the online at this dealership. I really wanted to give this dealership five stars as everything was going really smooth until I received delivery of the car. The car was a 2017 Genesis G80. I would be purchasing out of state and I asked that they inspect the car and tell me if there were any scratches or dents on the car as I was ready to make an offer. They were nice enough to provide a video but on a sunny day you really can not tell to well. They told me that there was one small scratch on the car that they would get it buffed out. I believed them at their word. They did buff out the one small scratch. The transaction went very well and I prepared for a shipping company to pick up the car. As part of my payment this dealership charges a $885 (Reconditioning and Delivery Fee). This is in addition to a customer service fee of $300. Upon delivery, the Bill of Lading showed 16 scratches and one dent to which the driver pointed them all out to me. I tried to contact them via email and they would not respond. I filed a claim with the Illinois Attorney General's Office but they ended up being an email forwarding service. The dealers response was that used cars come with scratches and dents and they explained that to me. They lied. I understand that used cars do not come in showroom condition but my contention was that since I paid for a service of "Reconditioning" why didn't they buff out the other scratches. If you look up reconditioning a car it means getting rid of scratches and dents. I did not get what I paid for in this matter. You would think that the Attorney General's office would stop this deceptive tactic of charging consumers a fee and then not providing a service. I ended up paying for the reconditioning myself. I just wished that they would of at the very least offered a small settlement but they really did not care. Hope this helps someone considering buying online from this dealership. More
