The Whole Process Turned out Great! I worked with Dan Meegan and LaQuita. They were both great! They spent time explaining everything and I love my new car!!! A man named Dan (not the Manager) was very helpful in switching my plates and in finding a solution an issue I had. I've stopped in periodically at the service area and whoever has been there to help me (the customer) have been very helpful and nice. Thank you! More
Dishonest and Unprofessional customer service Avoid Al Guidi at all costs. He is a very unprofessional and unknowledgeable salesman that will try to add additional "mandatory" costs to get over on Avoid Al Guidi at all costs. He is a very unprofessional and unknowledgeable salesman that will try to add additional "mandatory" costs to get over on you and will get extremely disrespectful if you do not agree to his terms. I was interested in a used car from this dealership and Al Guidi fought me every step of the way. He spent 30 minutes trying to upcharge me on an additional warranty when I already was upfront about wanting to purchase there most high ranking warranty already. Since I was pre-approved I ended up writing down a number and asked to speak to the GM. Once the GM and I began talking details Al would interrupt THE GM OF THE DEALERSHIP whenever we would make any step towards closing the deal as if he didn't want to sell me the car itself! Eventually I ended up leaving out of frustration and later closing out the deal with the GM on the condition that Al not be involved in the deal at all. I talked to the finance manager about his behavior and he agreed that his behavior was unacceptable. Overall not a good car buying experience More

So Helpful Alright, so I made a mistake. I went to Honda, fell in love with a car there, left with a lesser version of the car I loved and ended up hating it. We Alright, so I made a mistake. I went to Honda, fell in love with a car there, left with a lesser version of the car I loved and ended up hating it. Well not hating it, but not loving it. I didn’t have that yipeee I just got a new car all on my own feeling. And I couldn’t stop thinking about the Hyundai Kona. Hyundai called me a few times, but I didn’t pick up because I was usually at work. Finally the salesman I worked with, Jordi Cruz, emailed me one day, which I responded letting him know I got a new car but I wasn’t happy. He emailed me back right away and said he could help me get into a Hyundai. I talked to my parents, and we went back on a Saturday to talk numbers. The payments were too high for me, because the new Honda I got factored into it. I was crushed. But my dad went back and talked with Dan Meegan a couple days later. Dan was super understanding of my situation and didn’t make me feel like an idiot for being stuck in the situation I was in. My dad called me to tell me I was getting the car. I know my parents had to help me out a lot, and I am forever grateful for that. I’m also grateful for those we worked with, because they helped to make the whole thing possible. Marc Gibrick was hilarious and showed me a good amount of the features on the car and Jordi finished showing me stuff before we left. They stayed past closing to help me out. I was so grateful. And I finally got that good feeling, the feeling that I made the right choice. They just made a customer for life. More
