Napleton Hyundai had the Acura TL Type S I have been looking a while for, the car looked good on the internet until actually seeing the car. At 1st look noticed right rear door not sitting flush with body, told Dave Choi & Brandon their Finance person the car looks like it was involved in an accident. Dave Choi & Brandon kept Promising & Swearing up and down the car was NEVER in an accident, it has a clean carfax, vin & title to prove. I also work for a car dealership & after purchasing vehicle & having vehicle inspected by a body shop found front & entire pass. side to be be poorly repaired. David Choi flat out Lied to me, he charged me over 16,000.00 for a Damaged vehicle with an accident & purposely did not disclose intentionally. I verified all of this on the website Auto Check, this vehicle is no where near the price he charged ( DEALER FRAUD ). Now David Choi is telling me he cannot do anything to resolve this issue & will not do anything to resolve the dealership's poor decisions, so now I am forced to seek legal counsel. BUYER BEWARE !!! THESE PEOPLE ARE LOW LIFE CROOKS & SHARKS !!! AGAIN DEALER FRAUD !!! More

He was very informative and patient and helped us to find a car that met our budget and needs. We have to say, it was actually a fun experience. He helped us select an Elantra SE, helped close the deal and delivered the car. He spent time with us learning how to use the controls, as our old Accent had none of the new technology in cars today.
