In particular, the salesperson Jordi Cruz bent over backward to insure all questions were answered and that I knew how to work the features on my new Tucson. Because there are so many of them, Jordi repeatedly stressed that I should feel free to come back for refresher lessons any time. Just Looking I was just "looking" to see what Hyundai had to offer in midsize SUV. After talking with Elizabeth Strange and test driving the Tucson I sorta got hoo I was just "looking" to see what Hyundai had to offer in midsize SUV. After talking with Elizabeth Strange and test driving the Tucson I sorta got hooked. Being unprepared to buy made me a little uncomfortable taking up sales persons time. Elizabeth quickly made me very comfortable and immediately understood what my requirements/budget were. It was wonderful, Elizabeth did not once try to up sell me. Along with her manager Dan, we were able to find a mutually agreeable price and I drove out in the Tucson. I replaced a 10 year old vehicle with virtually no bells & whistles with a vehicle that had technology that seemed foreign to me and I was intimidated. Elizabeth is an excellent teacher and she got me started and showed me how to learn along the way. Both Dan & Elizabeth treated me like my business is appreciated. Elizabeth was so kind and patient (and pretty funny too). I will shout from the highest mountain how well I was treated. More

David also was helpful with working the numbers to my satisfaction. Dan has worked with me since my first car purchase and he always makes sure I’m being well cared for. I am coming up to my 10 year warranty expiring on my I bought my first and second Hyundai Tucson at this dealership, I have had both serviced here. I am coming up to my 10 year warranty expiring on my second Hyundai and will continue to bring it here for maintenance after the expiration of the warranty. George is the best and so is Larry who took care of me this last time for oil change and tire rotation - they let me know what they think I will need done on my car in the near future and why and let me decide if and when I chose to do it. Never high pressure to do something I have not budgeted for. I try to be proactive in maintenance and I have almost always taken their suggestions as they make sense and have kept my 10 your old Tucson running like a new car. I keep it looking that way!!! Can’t fix the fan noise on my new Genesis G70. I have come here multiple times for several problems in a brand new Genesis G70. One issue was fixed no problem, covered under warranty. Another, a rattle, and damage caused by their repair was solved after the 4th visit and intervention from corporate. However, my third issue, a rustling/air bubbling noise from behind the dash when the fan is on has not been fixed. Every time I’ve dropped the car off, they claim they cannot reproduce the issue. This is despite James Knobloch, one of the techs, sitting in the car and hearing it back in October. He wasn’t sure what the noise could be, Not sure what to do at this point, other than take it to another dealer. Side Note: They don’t use the recommended oil during oil changes, either. Instead, they use the cheapest, bottom of the barrel oil called “DuraMax”, made by a company called RelaDyne. In 2015, RelaDyne had to recall thousands of cases of oil because the PQIA found that it was basically fake oil, and damaged engines. The manual recommends 2 brands of oil, Quaker State or Shell Helix (known as Pennzoil in North America). More
