At first they tried to order an existing model, with our desired features, but "the country" was all sold out! Not a single dealership ANYWHERE, had what we wanted in a car. How disappointing. Tim Bernard at Napleton made us an offer to wait several months(!) for the Nautilus to be built to our specs. It was a good offer. We couldn't refuse. And now he just delivered - right to our door. And it is a fine car. Tim gave us a rewarding experience of luxury, service, and of course price, that we've never encountered before. All that was missing was that Tim didn't wear his tuxedo. Initially I was only interested in looking at new vehicles and had no intention of purchasing that night. Regardless, Peter was very helpful and courteous, taking time to review the details of the vehicle I was looking at, indicate changes from previous models and make suggestions as to what would fulfill my needs and not purchase unnecessary options. After spending a good deal of his time, my wife and I felt very comfortable with him and decided to change our original position and place an order for a vehicle that was not currently in stock. Peter was very helpful through the process and kept us informed of the status of the order until arrival. When the vehicle arrived, Peter gave us a walk-around and inspection prior to sitting down to fill our the paperwork. After the paperwork was completed, Peter again spent time with us to make sure we knew most of the functions of the vehicle that we would need to be safe and comfortable driving around. I was extremely pleased with the low pressure, extremely helpful nature of the sales process and would recommend them to anyone. More
