Hmm... Lots of mixed reviews for a place where I had nothing but a good experience. Matt was our salesman. We found an online car, called to see if it was available, and it was. We drove in to see it nothing but a good experience. Matt was our salesman. We found an online car, called to see if it was available, and it was. We drove in to see it. The price on the tag was higher than it was listed online; Matt got the price down to match the online price. One of the windshield sprayer nozzles was not working during the test drive. Matt said it was probably frozen (purchased in January). Common enough problem. After purchasing the car, we found that the nozzle was still not working. We did not purchase the warranty on the used car so we assumed we were going to have to pay to get it fixed. We thought we'd try our luck with the dealership, though, so we called and Matt said to bring it by anytime. When I brought the car in, Matt personally took it into the garage and the service guys found the right part in the back (which was nice, as this was a Saturn; it's lucky they happened to have nozzles that would fit). It probably took a half hour or so to diagnose and repair the problem. At the end, I was nervous as it came time to pay the bill - but then I was handed a sheet of paper with "no charge" to sign. Matt paid for it out of pocket (the parts totaled $17 - a nice gesture after I declined the warranty). No problems with any part of this process whatsoever. They could have argued with me after I declined the warranty, they could have bait-and-switched me with the online deal, but they didn't. I was treated well and I am pleased with the entire transaction. More

The ease of picking the right car and getting through the paperwork exceeded my expectations. This was a wonderful experience, the gentlemen made me feel like a friend of the Napleton group and provided a no pressure, amazing experience. I look forward to working with them again in the future. More
I purchased a 1997 Cadillac DeVille in November of 2012. From the very beginning of the transaction looking back, I was rushed through the whole process. Upon writing my check for the vehicle I informed my salesman that I did not have plates from my old vehicle to put on the car. At this point the salesman was in such a rush to get the car off the lot that I joked to him about this. I wanted to keep the car on the lot overnight and return the next day with the plates but he INSISTED I would be fine as long as I had the paperwork. So I drove off only to return an hour later with an overheated engine and a blown compressor. The salesman told me there was nothing Napelton could do since I had taken off the lot. I protested and after speaking with the used car sales manager they said they would flush the coolant, which upon inspection with black and gummy and recharge the A/C. This did not solve the problem so I returned again and the used car manager told me that there was no warranty and is sold "As Is". I paid for the coolant to be flushed again and again. Finally the car was drivable but was running at a temperature of over 225 degrees. I am a salesman and my job took me to the city and while on the expressway the DIC lite up like the 4th of July. Took to a nearby service station where he had to flush the coolant again replace thermostat and give oil change. All to no avail. I had car towed to my mechanic where he again flushed the coolant replaced water pump as well as the radiator. Car was fine for approx 2 months when it started overheating again at which point he concluded a blown head gasket. So presently the car is sitting in garage idle. After researching head gasket repair I discovered a method used by dealers to disguise head gasket problems which leaves coolant gummy and black (when it should be green) which was the color and consistency of coolant when I purchased. This has really jaded me towards dealers and especially Napelton, which I thought was a reputable dealer. Shame on you Napelton. I will never even think of referring anyone to this sub standard of a dealer. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE. Learn from my experience. More
Just stay away from them. These people are the worst scammers. Don Marquardt and his fellow scammers won't pick up your phone once they make the sale, ring the bell and take your money. scammers. Part was not availabe (had to be ordered). Other dealers told me 1 week to get this part. Gary & Mike from Parts told me they could get it the next day by 9:00AM. The next day I received a call from Mike told me 1 week to get this part. Gary & Mike from Parts told me they could get it the next day by 9:00AM. The next day I received a call from Mike at exactly 9:00AM to let me know that he had the part (I did not have to follow-up/push as usual). I scheduled an appointment with Cheryl in Service for 1:00PM that same day and received a call from Bob in Service @ 2:00PM that same day to let me know that my Lincoln SUV was ready to be picked-up. This seems to be normal for this Parts/Service Team. I have not experienced this type of service in a very long time - maybe ever. More

Every experience at Napleton from buying the car there to having it serviced there has been positive. Although I wish it cost less, I guess I understand why everything is more expensive at the dealers. having it serviced there has been positive.
