Now I know there is always skepticism around what you see on the internet however as soon as we entered the dealership were pleasantly surprised! We were greeted by Peter who introduced me to the General Manager Nick and explained all the bennitfits of Lincoln ownership /what the vechile has to offer .. Needless to say we were so impressed we purchased one ! Great job Peter and Nick I will highly recommend you to all of our family and friends ! More

The right car & not Pressured!! The first time I met Brian, I said I only had about 45 minutes but was interested in a used MKZ or X. He quickly showed me a few online and showed Napleton had the best deals. We test drove a couple vehicles and I was impressed. I said I had to leave, but would be back Monday to look closer. He did not pressure me to stay and that sold me to come back. I came back Monday, I said I don't like to haggle, just give me your best price, he did and I now own a Napleton MKZ. While waiting to talk with financing, Damien went over all the options on my Z, he did a great job and even gave me his cell # if I had any questions, he said to call anytime. Again, I was very impressed. Nick did a very nice job in finance and I purchased the tire, wheel and ding package from him. Kirk came around a few times and made me feel like my business mattered to him. I will be back to Napleton in the future and will recommend their dealerships. Thanks, Napleton! More
