Great service I have a limo company and because of this I am getting cars fixed and serviced all the time. I only take my cars to Napleton because they do a great job with getting things done quickly and accurately. I never have to take a car back because something wasn't done correctly. The service writers actually care about their customer and don't see them as a piñata to be wacked for some extra goodies lake a lot of dealerships out there. My wife had very specific wants for her new vehicle and Damien went above and beyond to find us the vehicle that she wanted. Also since the purchase I have called upon Damien for various questions regarding the tech in our MKC. Damien has always took the time to walk us through any issues we would have. Damien has even gone as far as to call me and make sure that we are enjoying our vehicle. I have purchased a few vehicles in my day and have never been contacted by the salesman after the purchase. I will definitely contact Damien when I'm ready to purchase my next vehicle. More

I was sad to say goodbye to my old car but Damien and Kirk reassured me I would love my new MKC...and they were right!! Nicholas in the finance department was also a pleasure to work with and helped me work out the financial details. I was beyond impressed with Damien because while I was getting all the details worked out, he had the car cleaned and pulled up to the front. He showed me everything I needed to know about the inside and outside of the car. He even paired my phone to the bluetooth!! I would highly recommend Damien, Kirk, and Nicholas.
