Cheap and out of control Came in to look at a new Lincoln. It was super hot in the place. Felt like 90 plus degrees. They did not have the air conditioning on. How anyone Came in to look at a new Lincoln. It was super hot in the place. Felt like 90 plus degrees. They did not have the air conditioning on. How anyone could sit in there was beyond me. But the salesmen greeted me and took me on a drive. The car was nice. When we got back in the showroom the manager was yelling at another salesmen on the showroom floor. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to go to a sauna. More

He is excellent in terms of his "bedside manner" and he has a very effective sales approach, which as a business owner running a sales team... I appreciate. He has periodically stayed in touch with me over the years.... His follow through from the purchase process to post sale is quite excellent. After my car was totaled from a freak electrical fire, I was on the road and too busy to deal with getting a car. Brian reached out to me in a periodic check in, which started us down the sales process again. He is extremely personable and a pleasure to work with. I do appreciate his energy level and commitment to customer service... I am happy I was able to acquire a 2nd vehicle from him. To be honest, I'm sure the other sales men are also solid... but I certainly returned to the dealer to work with Brian again. If you a looking for a pushy salesperson, that is not him. I would classify his approach as consultative and no pressure... which is why I enjoy working with him and will continue in the future. Kirk Wolf, SM, handled the negotiations.
