Out-of-State Customer I am from Ohio and I purchased my used 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee through Napleton Lincoln Glenview. Matt in sales was very easy to deal with and I was I am from Ohio and I purchased my used 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee through Napleton Lincoln Glenview. Matt in sales was very easy to deal with and I was able to negotiate a fair price over the phone (please be aware that there is an $885 fee placed on all used vehicles on top of the price negotiated - this fee covers half the dealer's average cost to transport and fix any issues on used vehicles). Being an out-of-state customer, I was worried that the listing on Autotrader was too good to be true, but the pictures were an accurate representation of the vehicle's condition and there was no smell of smoke in the vehicle, as the dealer claimed in the ad. All out-of-state registration paperwork was taken care of by the dealer, and there were no issues when I went to transfer the title back to my home state and register the vehicle. I would highly recommend the guys at Napleton Lincoln! They treat you with respect, and are up-front with you every step of the way! More

It was a true pleasure to work with him and he deserves a raise too!! ** One surprised that we experienced, that I found to be a bit "shady", occurred when we got down to determining the cost of the vehicle. Napleton adds a $885 reconditioning and destination fee to all of it's used cars. This charge in itself is not unheard of or unreasonable, the amount can be debated... What seemed "shady" is the the Dealer's Sale Price on all the used car apps/websites do not include this very significant amount. This amount is a "hidden charge" and surprise. I personally believe Napleton as an car sales organization should reconsider this pricing tactic/strategy. They would have received 5 Stars on price had they been up front with this charge. Instead, I gave them a 4 should probably be a 1 to get Mr. Napleton's attention to this pricing tactic. More
