As a woman, I have received such fair, kind, and respectful treatment with each and every visit to the service center at Kia of Fishers. I have been treated as a "dumb woman" by service reps at car respectful treatment with each and every visit to the service center at Kia of Fishers. I have been treated as a "dumb woman" by service reps at car dealerships in the past, and it was infuriating. Not here! Every time I come in, I know that I am going to be greeted with a smile and treated like a VIP! I've had outstanding experiences with with Chris (service manager) throughout the years and was wondering if I would receive the same level of service with a newer face, Nick. Nick won me over the first time he and I met. Like Chris, Nick always greets me with a smile, remembers my name, and I love his easy going personality. Whether I'm there for an oil change for my 2019 Sorento, or a costly repair on my older Kia Optima, I always receive customer service that exceeds my expectations. It feels more like dropping in to visit with old friends, than a trip to a service department in a car dealership. This is how it should be everywhere, but unfortunately, it's becoming more and more rare. I'm so thankful for their outstanding customer service I know I can count on time and time again! More

It was quick check in, service time, and checkout. Andrew was also engaging and helpful! The entire service team was just so inviting and kind. I also saw Ty, my sales advisor who sold me my current car and he recognized me, remembered my car, and engaged in conversation remembering details about our conversation during my sales experience that blew me away. Overall, amazing customer service! I also want to make note that Chris, in finance has been helping me for nearly a month with a tedious gap insurance claim and I can’t speak highly enough with how helpful he’s been. The staff at Napleton Kia of Fishers truly go above and beyond. More
Disorganized and Unethical I just signed my second lease earlier this year from this location. The first one I signed was under different different ownership (Butler), and I had I just signed my second lease earlier this year from this location. The first one I signed was under different different ownership (Butler), and I had a pretty good experience. Everything seemed fine initially after the transition to the new ownership, so I made the VERY VERY BAD MISTAKE of signing the second lease. Since it is now under new ownership and Napleton name I had had nothing but problems. It started today when I took my car in for an oil change. Typically there are nice snacks out, fresh made pop corn, and free bottles of water in the waiting area. Today they were out of pop corn, had no bottles of water and, only a few packs of cheese crackers. Fox News was on the TV and there is no remote to change it (political views aside, who thought it was a good idea to have bias news on? Maybe put on something neutral like the food network?). The trip was already off to a bad start, but the real issue was yet to come. When my car was finally ready (took about an hour and a half and I had made an appointment ahead of time), I was told that I would have to pay. Now I was EXTREMELY clear when signing the current lease that I would only sign if the maintenance package was included. It was the main thing I was concerned with (aside from price), and them agreeing to include it as part of my lease was the final action that convinced me to sign. Apparently after everything was said and done it was not included (always carefully read everything -- lesson learned). Either they straight face lied to me, or there was a problem with their system. Either way they stood by what I had signed and I am now out several hundred of dollars. The kicker is they said I didn't have the maintenance package on my last lease either. HOW!? I brought my car in for 4 years and got maintenance for free every time. To me this proves they are extremely disorganized. I fail to believe that for four years they just took my word for the maintenance being included and just didn't charge me. Even when my lease was transferred over from Butler to Napleton I still had free maintenance (the transition happened probably about 9 months ago so I took my car in several times since the transition). Clearly they are extremely disorganized or straight up unethical. I will never purchase a vehicle from them ever again and strongly urge you to avoid them at all co More
