cannon saw my Subaru and jumped to his feet from his table to ask me if I needed help with anything, originally I went in to get a quote on a repair for my vehicle and instead I left in a new car! Where do I start with my review of Napleton Kia of Fishers in Indiana? I guess I will start with the fact that I have purchased approximately 30 cars over 30 years and have never had an experience lik Fishers in Indiana? I guess I will start with the fact that I have purchased approximately 30 cars over 30 years and have never had an experience like the one I had at Napleton. My family has purchased a dozen cars online and always had excellent outcomes. My mother lost her car in Hurricane Ian and wanted the exact car she had. We searched and found this Lexus RX 350 2009 with one owner, no accidents and 23,894 miles. The list price was 16,990.00 and although that was a little high we thought with the low mileage it was reasonable. We could hardly believe the luck. We called and spoke to William Fakhoury, the general manager, who assured us this was an accurate odometer and the car was ”a great car”. He assured us that he would let his own family own this car! The pictures online looked pretty good and again we were assured that the vehicle was great. WE were ecstatic and since it was a cash purchase this was a rapid transaction. We paid to ship the car to Florida which cost us 1100.00. We were excited to surprise my mother with such a vehicle. On arrival to Florida, the delivery driver was reluctant to turn over the vehicle. He pointed out multiple issues with the vehicle he had noticed when he received the car. All 4 tires were dry rotted. There were multiple areas of rust and the car overall looked pretty beat up. When I say rust I want you to realize it was severe rust, not just a little flaking. The engine had multiple areas of rust and corrosion. We were shocked but agreed that we would receive the car because it was not the drivers fault. We decided to take it to the car wash and try to clean it up. The seats were very broken down and the drivers seat leather was in horrendous condition. The volume button did not work on the radio. The carpets were broken down and dirty. The window trim was broken down and leaving streaks on the windows. All of this was superficial and although irritating not the major concern. When we drove the car there was an obvious issue with the brakes. The brakes vibrated when applied and the car pulled to the left. We immediately reached out to William and left a message about our concerns with the safety of the vehicle. Upon closer inspection there was rust on almost all surfaces. There were areas that the plastic was melted. The hand lift on the tailgate was melted and unable to use. When you opened the tailgate it immediately dropped back down and hit me in the head. When you used the electric version of the tailgate lift it would start to lift, beep, then shut back down. The windshield wipers were rotten and the arms were chipped and rusting . This was the car William assured us “had no issue at all”. (I have pictures to support my claims! I have pictures from the dealership, specifically the GM, and pictures on arrival to us after our inspection). We sent multiple texts to William expressing our concerns and disappointment in the condition of the vehicle. William sent via text “The car was super clean and a great car. Best of luck.” He stated that this car “could have been sold many times over and regretted selling it so cheap.” There was no way we were going to keep this completely misrepresented vehicle. I suspect the odometer reading is as inaccurate as the condition of the car. After multiple attempts at reaching the Indiana Napleton and the corporate offices we reached out to the Napleton in Miami. A very kind woman agreed to put us in contact with the appropriate chain of command and we received a phone call in a few days. There were multiple calls in between and we were nearing the “30 day” date where we had to title the car in our name. It was finally agreed that Napleton would take the car back and would send someone to collect it. After they received the car on 11/5/22 it took us having to pursue our return money and were passed off to several people before speaking to someone who was reasonable, kind and prompt. We received our return money on 11/22/22. The most concerning part for us is that the vehicle is back on the lot with an increase in price and still listed as 1 previous owner. I also received an email for service and 4 brake replacement on this vehicle “that had no issues and is a great car” after the vehicle had been back on the lot in Indiana for 3 weeks. This email was received on 12/6/22 @ 0814. They continue to practice in an untruthful way and it needs to be known by the consumer. I would warn everyone you know to never purchase from this particular dealership and I would strongly recommend you do your research before purchasing from any of the nationwide dealerships with the Napleton name. To say this was the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership is a gross understatement. The management there took advantage of us with no regard to anything other than making a sale. More

I wanted to check out a new Telluride, but unlike other Kia stores, this one had some in, and they had a few in stock, and had all the trims. They didn't have the color I wanted, but went the extra mile to Kia stores, this one had some in, and they had a few in stock, and had all the trims.
