Bait and Switch Went to look at a 2012 Mustang they had listed. Called on a Saturday to set up an appointment to see vehicle on Thursday. Explained to them that I w Went to look at a 2012 Mustang they had listed. Called on a Saturday to set up an appointment to see vehicle on Thursday. Explained to them that I was coming from another State 4 hours away and please call me if it sells, I was assured they would. I called again on Tuesday at 10:30 am to change my appointment to 9:30 Wednesday morning, again asked them to call if the car sold. They close at 9pm so I called at 8:45 pm to verify the car was there and not sold, I was told it was there and still for sale. Got up Wednesday morning at 5am with my son to make the 4 hour drive there. This was a surprise purchase for my son for his graduation since it was his dream car that he has wanted for years. We got there at 9:30 am, and a woman came to help us. I said I have an appointment to look at the Ford Mustang. My son lit up and got all excited, and 30 seconds later his excitement turned to sadness and disappointment when we were told it was sold at noon on Friday. I could not believe it, they knew we were coming for that specific car, but did not bother to call and tell me it had been sold the previous day. She was quick to try and see what else they could sell me instead. I'm disappointed the car sold but I knew that might happen which is why I called to verify it was still for sale. I'm very upset they didn't call me before I drove all the way there to let me know it was gone then try to sell me something else. Most of all my heart is broken watching my son go from complete excitement to total sadness in less than a minute. There are other reviews where they have done the same thing to other people. I should have heeded those warnings, please heed mine. I left and called them to talked to the sales manager. The receptionist took my name and number and said he would call me in a hour. That was 8 hours ago and still no phone call. More
