Rafal and “G” were who helped me through the whole process of my purchase. I was a first time car buyer and they made the process so comfortable and fun. G was awesome! He took me on test drives and gave me the low down on every car we took out. He listened to what I was looking for and delivered! He was super informative in explaining all the features and even helped me set up features like CarPlay and UVO after my purchase. Rafal was great! He figured out how to get me what I wanted in my budget and was very informative through the whole thing. He broke down the process for me and made me feel very comfortable through everything. These two were great to work with and treated me like family! Overall, the dealership and personnel were very nice and professional! Very pleased with my purchase from them!! More
My husband inquired about a '20 Kia Telluride that had been leased in 2019 (white exterior/black interior) with roughly 8400 miles. He spoke to Klaryssa on the phone around 9AM. He called 12:30n CST and been leased in 2019 (white exterior/black interior) with roughly 8400 miles. He spoke to Klaryssa on the phone around 9AM. He called 12:30n CST and said we'd be there 3:30p EST. Klaryssa introduced us to Carlos. We took the vehicle for a drive without him. We immediately noticed yellow paint smeared on back passenger door and bumper (as if someone hit something). Radio, AC worked, but there were broken/missing pieces, dirty windows & interior, trash, pet fur, but more noticeably, the glove compartment had mens cologne, masks, fast food receipts stemming from 2/25 (it was 3/5), papers from a child's after school program, open bag of peanuts, basically what you would find if it was someones personal vehicle. The mileage was 1k miles over what their website said. We told Carlos and he brought out the GM (I forgot his name, but started with an R.) He said he was embarrassed and it was bad business. Showing his disgust, the GM started throwing F bombs and talking rudely about the employee who was taking the vehicle and using it for his own personal use. We were upset as they had ample time to clean and prepare the vehicle, but GM said he would offer us an AMAZING deal so we stayed. He assured us the paint could be buffed out. The vehicle went to detailing. Carlos wanted us in a private room to talk, but we declined. 45 min later, the vehicle was ready. The only difference was the glove compartment was cleaned and trash picked up. Other than that, the same. I asked Carlos about the '21 Telluride we saw on the lot when we arrived. Our attention drew to the MSRP which was the same as the '20. The wrapping was still on the head seats as well as other parts of the vehicle. I jokingly asked what the catch was. He said it was because its FWD, but we should buy the newer vehicle and there's no catch. He suggested a test drive. We did. Bluetooth/radio/AC/ everything looked great. Inside, Brian presented #'s for each vehicle. They were disgustingly off. They upped the '21 by $10k because it was a sought after vehicle and were hard to come by. We had heard of this but this wasn't told to us upfront only hours later when we were presented with papers. I told Brian to go back and give us the amazing deal the GM promised. He came back an hour later offering us a $700 check that we could take somewhere to fix the passenger door and bumper where the yellow damage was- we'd have to cover the rest. I laughed & told my husband we're being played and should leave. They asked to rework a few numbers, I agreed. When they came back, I noticed Brian had an airpod in his ear. I told them I wanted to talk to my husband privately. I observed Brian removing the airpod when they left. Hmm. Hour later, they said they would give us what we wanted for the '21 if we gave them a 5 star review. Nathaniel, finance. In walks Brian with his one airpod in and sits down. I thought it was odd as no salesman had ever sat-in during this process. I noticed the plan we wanted had half-synthetic oil checked off. He made a few calls and said you're right, we'll change it. Nathaniel asked us for the key to look under the hood. During this time, I so happen to look up the reviews of this place (shame on us for not looking earlier). I decided to talk about the reviews and how fees were being thrown in there unbeknownst to the customer. Nathaniel must have not heard me correctly and started to say "we would never do this. As you can see, other dealerships are throwing in fees." I cut him off and said, "No, those are reviews about YOUR dealership." He didn't reply. 30 min later, we take a break to look at the vehicle more. Nathaniel came to us and said "come tomorrow and finish the deal- the vehicle will be here all day." (He's saying this about a vehicle they upped the price $10k because it was hard to come by and "flying off the lot.") We said no. Nathaniel said "okay, let's go sign some papers." Nonchalantly, he asked us for the key again. That raised our eyebrow. He said he needed to check the shipping mode. My husband said the radio worked and we drove it. We go back into his office and in walks Nathaniel w/o Brian, sits down and tells us the shipping mode is ON at 79%. We can buy it, but cannot take it home because it's too late to inspect it. We lost it. It was 9:30pm and we wasted 3 hrs on a vehicle. Why we were able to test drive and discuss #'s about a vehicle for 3 hrs only to be told it wasn't fully inspected and cannot take home is beyond me. Make your own assumptions about this as we've made ours. We're glad we didn't buy from them, but wow, what a waste of time! Left 12PM and came home 12AM. Worth noting, we called the numbers on the business cards instead of the number they keep posting on every review to "discuss our experience." All claimed we had the wrong number/person. More

But t Beware of their fees. I purchased a Sorento at Napleton Kia at the end of 2020. I am used to paying around $200 in fees at most dealerships. But the fees at Napleton Kia added up to $700. They also weren't very upfront about it. I had to look through the paperwork to figure out why I ended up paying almost $20,000 for a car priced at $18,000. More

Beware!! I would give 0 rating if I could. My purchase was a nightmare! The place is a Joke. Moral of the story stay away from this dealership unless you want to be scammed, lied to, given the run around was a nightmare! The place is a Joke. Moral of the story stay away from this dealership unless you want to be scammed, lied to, given the run around and if you have A LOT of extra time in your life to make multiple calls or multiple trips. I purchased a vehicle on Oct. 17th, 2020. I pretty much knew which vehicle I wanted before showing up at the dealership. Once I seen the vehicle it had been wrecked which was not shown in the pictures or description online. I was told one of the sales guys just wrecked it and if I purchased the vehicle it would be fixed by the dealership no charge to me. The sale and paperwork went pretty smooth and quick. Then after signing the paperwork it went downhill from there. I was told it had to be detailed, washed and filled up with gas. I ask if I could skip all that and they said no its company policy. So after more than 2 hours of waiting (this was after the hours for the paperwork) I finally got car and was able to leave. The car hadn’t been swept out, found French fries, no gas in car so I have no clue what they were doing for hours….I set up my appointment to get the damage fixed they had my car for over a week no call so I called and got the run around. The next day I got a call saying it’s ready to be picked up. I get there and about 70% of the damage was fixed they claimed they didn’t see the other damage. I could leave the car and they would have manager call me the next day. I called them left voicemails no call back so I drove there the next day (this dealership is about 45 min from my home and I made multiple trips) He claimed he didn’t see the damage but I could set up yet another appointment to get this fixed. During all this time I still hadn’t received paperwork on the vehicle so I ask about that and they said give it a little more time. After 35 days which by state law they only have 31 days I started calling leaving messages every day I never got a call back from anyone from this location. I did found out that Napleton Hyundai in Carmel does the paperwork so I started calling them. They weren’t responsive either I had to call every day. So, finally the 41st day on a Holiday weekend I got the paperwork emailed to me. Which they had the selling price more than $1200 what I paid for it so my taxes that I paid was not enough so I would of owed more taxes. Once again I had to call no call back so on the 45th day I called they resent paperwork with the amount showing paid for vehicle $0 when I called she acted like it was an inconvenience and was told I could of went to the BMV with the 1st paperwork I received. During this I also noticed I paid $500 more for the vehicle was even listed for which was my mistake for not noticing it the day I purchased the car. I would stay away from this dealership they are very smooth talkers and add cost in. I will never go back to this dealership More
Horrible overall experience. Their salespeople and financing department are clueless about their Kia vehicles and very rude to their customers. They lied to us multiple times trying to scam us out of financing department are clueless about their Kia vehicles and very rude to their customers. They lied to us multiple times trying to scam us out of our money. The salesman, Kevin, told us we had to pay for the manufacturers warranty to transfer which the manager later admitted was a lie. Additionally, Kevin indicated the price was negotiable, which we later found out was not true. Before we could even decide if we were interested in one of their vehicles, Kevin pushed us inside to give us financing options. The interest rate of the plans they pushed in front of us was 54%, however they never indicated that or mentioned it anywhere. In the long run we would have paid $40,000 for a car that was priced at $20,000 although this was never mentioned. They refused to discuss the total cost of the car completely. The manager called us a couple days after visiting the dealership. He pretended to be sorry and said he would get us the best deal possible. He came back with a total price but this time padded the price with $2200 of miscellaneous and unnecessary fees. Avoid this dealership at all costs. They will just scam you into making you think your getting a good deal! More
