I submitted a review of my experience with Napleton Kia of Fishers on August 18th regarding an ongoing oil leak I was having with my 2018 Kia Soul. Since that review, I was contacted by Bryan Goins at the of Fishers on August 18th regarding an ongoing oil leak I was having with my 2018 Kia Soul. Since that review, I was contacted by Bryan Goins at the dealership. Bryan took complete ownership of the situation, providing me with a company car and keeping me advised of the progress. As of this writing, they seem to have pinpointed the leak and are working to correct it. Because of Bryan's dedication to resolve this issue, my faith has been restored in the dealership. Bryan is a 6 star performer in a 5 star review process! More

I was asked how they could make it right, and I replied by saying give me a fair offer in my trade and work on a different vehicle that wasn't wrecked. They agreed, and made a deal, but weeks later I still haven't gotten the car because they're "waiting on a replacement part". I gave up and bought a car elsewhere. I came there at 9 am after driving an hour and was shown a wrecked car - which NO ONE told me when I called about it and the pics online show no damage. We are not talking a small dent or scratch - the ENTIRE passenger side from bumper to bumper was destroyed from side swiping something. I was then offered $2000 for my trade even though other dealerships have offered $5500. I would NEVER buy anything from your dealership and am disgusted with the lack of transparency. More

What an absolute joke of a dealership! My wife and I found a car here on Thursday, filled out the finance application, set up an appointment for Saturday to go look at it with every intention of buying found a car here on Thursday, filled out the finance application, set up an appointment for Saturday to go look at it with every intention of buying it seeing that we were driving over 4 hours from Ohio. Received a call while on our way saying the vehicle sold the previous evening even though we were told it would be there since we had an appointment. We even called multiple times to make sure we had all the necessary documentation to complete the purchase. Generally when someone is driving 4 hours one way from a different state to look at a specific vehicle they are serious about buying. Obviously this dealership couldn't care less! More
