I found the ford Fusion that I wanted, while test driving the car the salesman started talking about some package that would give me 2 free oil changes and tires rotated. Not only was it the price of the car, sales tax, dealer fee and KIA PLATINUM PACKAGE FOR $2450. I told him I didn't want their platinum package. He said he would have to check and see if they could sell the car without it. Guess what??? He said the sales manager wouldn't take it off. I walked out. What a SCAM More
I have never found it more difficult to spend over $50,000. I offered to purchase a vehicle at full prince over the phone first thing at opening. They pushed and pushed for me to come in and test drive, however, I just wanted to purchase and pickup. You only get one first impression and the Napleton Kia of Fishers is poor customer service as best. More

The pricing on their website is dishonest. When you find something you want to buy they add all kinds of fees and extra charges.
