Back in March we spent hours at this dealership talking with the salesman, manager and finance person and signed a purchase agreement and all of the other paperwork for a vehicle that we were supposed to p with the salesman, manager and finance person and signed a purchase agreement and all of the other paperwork for a vehicle that we were supposed to pick up one week later as we were leaving for vacation the next day and we were purchasing an extended warranty on it, which required them to keep it to do an assessment. We got back from vacation to find that even though we had completed and signed all of the paperwork, they sold the car while we were gone. We tried to get resolution for a couple weeks and then the manager just stopped responding. Extremely unprofessional and appalling business practices at this location. More

They never got back with me via phone, text or email so I went to the car lot while the car was still advertised for sale online and the car was still on the car lot they told me the car was not for sale and went to the car lot while the car was still advertised for sale online and the car was still on the car lot they told me the car was not for sale and that they couldn’t see it to anyone.
