Jose was great. He was awesome to work with. Super helpful, very accommodating. The entire staff was determine to help us het into the car we wanted at the best price possible. I left a previous review on Google but haven’t figured out how to go back and update it since speaking with Doug the manager at the Napleton Kia dealership. I will admit Though I did close the deal. Doug the manager of the dealership called me we had a long discussion about my experience and he went beyond what he needed to to make things right. More

Finance guy was super pushy about us getting the warranty which was $3k then as i was reading thru the paperwork i saw the car was like $700 more than we had agreed. He said it was their “napleton for life” thing which to this day I’m not even sure what it all includes. I do know it included car washes for life at their car wash, except their car wash has been “down” ever since and have never gotten a car wash from them. It has been 3 years. Go figure. Fast forward to November 2020. We were on the market for a brand new 2021 forte. Since we bought our last car from them, we figured we’d go check some out at their dealer. It started with me looking at their prices online which were stupidly low. Turns out they show their prices with every single discount imaginable that NO ONE is ever gonna qualify for. MAJOR FLAG NUMBER ONE. So we go to the dealer, and of course the price is like 10k more. Whatevs, we were expecting that anyway. Well, apparently they revamped their “napleton for life” package or something because now it adds $2000 to the price of the vehicle n they make it sound like you HAVE to get it to buy a car, except if u look at the tiny tiny fine print on the sticker it says you dont. FLAG NUMBER TWO. I had done research comparing prices at different dealerships, so we had a number in mind. We decided to talk numbers and gave the salesman ours which was very reasonable. He said he had to talk to his manager, so manager came to talk to us and was rude and condescending. He “knocked” off $2000 off the price of the car saying it was the best he could do and even then, he was losing money on it. That sounds awesome, except it was the $2000 off of the napleton for life thing. He legit made the car MSRP, and thought we were dumb enough to fall for it 😂. Needless to say, we walked out, went to Andy Mohr and bought our brand new 2021 forte GT (a model napleton didnt even have). Their business practices are predatory at best. STAY AWAY. Service department. When we purchased our used vehicle from them, we also purchased oil changes for 3 years, so we had to go to them. We had no complaints until the last time we went. They blatantly LIED about having rotated the tires. How do we know you may ask? There’s a spot on one of the wheels where it’s starting to rust. That wheel was in the same exact spot it was before the oil change, so the tires were not rotated. Tried to argue about it until my husband pointed out how we knew then crickets from them 😂. We are fed up at this point, so we just wanna leave. Turns out they misplaced our key and no one knew where it was. Took 30 minutes to find it. Never again! We rather drive 45 minutes to Andy Mohr for our oil changes, so that alone should tell you something. Now im sure Andy Mohr arent all saints either and some people might have negative experiences with them, but so far we havent had anything but good experiences with them. More

This dealership was quick and easy! They do not pull your strings on anything! It was nice to walk in and talk to someone almost immediately. They did not try to over sell you or to talk you under.
