Avoid these guys, they advertise a price and when you go to their dealership they threw $5000 for fees :) !!! The advertised price was $20,750 and when I showed up they told me first of all the OTD (out the door) price is $25,xxx .. and he is talking fast explaining how they price their cars and stuff like that .. so I stopped him telling him that tax which is 7% ($1452) what is the remaining other than doc fee?? He started adding some number God knows what they were !! I was paying cash so no finance fee or interest rate or or ... Just be aware and check your deals before you sign anything. I read other reviews and they were scammed as well for services that they never received or requested when buying new or used cars!! More

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD! While we love our new Toyota Sienna, everyone we have worked with has been dishonest and incompetent to say the least. They charged us for wheel lock While we love our new Toyota Sienna, everyone we have worked with has been dishonest and incompetent to say the least. They charged us for wheel locks which were not even on our car, only after my husband called them out on this did they reimburse us. They told us they would submit the registration and pay taxes which they did not. My husband had to call multiple times to follow up and even then, it wasn't until our temp registration had expired that they finally overnighted us the title and paperwork needed to complete the registration. My husband has to take time of work to go and complete the registration and taxes, which by the way the dealership charged us for, so now we are battling to get our money back for this. They also told us that they were waiting to get a second key from the owner and that they would send it to us via mail once they received it. We have had the car for several months now and still have no key. We have called several times to follow up and they will not return our calls. We have had nothing but problems with every department we have talked to, especially sales and would never purchase a vehicle from them again. More
Allen was our sales guy who did a pretty good job, but the rest of the experience was not good. No one in there knows what's going on when you have to come back in for anything. My fiancé and I bought a car that had a crack in the windshield that they said they would fix. When she showed up for her appointment, they didn't have her on the schedule and couldn't tell her what was going on. Someone finally told her a 3rd party would be handling it they should be there at some point. After the install, she asked about the packet of paperwork they said they'd have for her. They told her they didn't have anything showing what she paid for the car and couldn't help her. We'll never buy from this place again. 2 months later: After receiving the finance paperwork in the mail, we understand why they didn't want to give us the paperwork while we were there. The finance guy told us he gave the warranty at "no extra cost".... meaning he lowered the interest rate (so the monthly payment wouldn't change) and charged us for the warranty we said we didn't want. We went back to the dealership and of course they played dumb. Told us they would take off the warranty, but still haven't seen a change in the payment or total owed after almost 2 months. When we call them, they tell us the finance guy we delt with isn't there and he'll give us a call.... that never happens. Not sure why he's the only person that can fix this. God forbid he quits. More

Funny how they advertise their pride of offering the "red carpet" treatment on their website. I spent 54K on a new car and I'm still getting emails from their people asking me to make an appt. They dont have a clue. More

Not pleased …sent an email asking about a car did get an email back that just said hi pretty much promoting the sales agent …I asked if the car was on the lot and if it was available with no answers back! After some research, I concluded that KIA has one of the best EV autos. I visited two KIA dealerships. First, Napleton KIA Of Carmel, IN. This dealership is spotless, and I met an outstanding sales rep, Arein. He is a young sales rep. I found Arein very professional, patient, respectful, and knowledgeable. I visited Arein a few times and got an excellent EV education and the EV’s pros and cons, which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend seeing Arein at Napleton KIA if you want an EV, combustion gas engine, Hybrid, or any other variation. Needlessly, my wife and I traveled a little more than 1 hour to visit a dealership in Lafayette based on an internet advertisement indicating a dealership discount for an EV car. Unfortunately, I found the sales rep dishonest in presenting the auto lease financial information. I found this up as I approached the final lease agreement process and asked for the breakdown of the financial information. I appreciated the Finance Manager's honesty in providing automobile financial information and guidance. We walked away from this dealership. More
