Daniela was helpful and wonderful to deal with. Also it hadn’t been made clear that the shown price included an incentive that wasn’t available if you took the 0% interest. Both had been presented earlier and not as alternatives. My father and I ventured into Napleton Hyundai of Carmel on a Wednesday afternoon in the hopes of finding a nice mid-size pickup truck at an affordable price. We weren’t expecting much but what we received on a Wednesday afternoon in the hopes of finding a nice mid-size pickup truck at an affordable price. We weren’t expecting much but what we received blew us away. Upon arrival, were immediately greeted by a salesman by the name of Rodney who informed us it was his second day on the job. Rodney showed us a beautiful 2016 Chevy Colorado and after answering some questions he asked if we’d like him to pull it inside the repair garage to get a better look since the temperature outside was frigid and the garage is nice and warm. We loved that idea and after checking it out further he backed it out of the garage and we took it out for a test drive. Once we got back to the dealership, the general sales manager whose name is Tyler joined us along with another sales rep by the name of Crishawn joined us at a table inside the showroom to discuss pricing. Since it was Rodney’s 2nd day on the job, Crishawn was guiding him through the process of his first sale. During this time, we were offered water and coffee and several financing options to choose from. These people were beyond accommodating and incredibly reasonable. They went above and beyond to make sure we left the dealership with the vehicle of our choice at a price that was fair to everyone. I and 41 years old and my father is 68 years old and we both agree that we have never experienced anything like this in all our years of car buying. The icing on the cake was after everything was finalized and we were invited into the office of the senior sales manager, Samantha. She was as kind, professional and genuinely caring as you could ever hope for in a situation like this when you’re making a large purchase. Throughout the process of signing our paperwork and closing the deal, Sam made sure we understood every aspect of the loan and title process. She was an absolute delight and we left her office with a smile. I can honestly say this dealership was 5 star experience from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Every single interaction we had was phenomenal and I can’t imagine ever going anywhere else to buy a car after having seen the way these folks do business. When people love what they do, it radiates out of them and that’s the only way I can think of to describe what makes this place so special. More

Spoke to 3 different people about buying a car. All 3 stated that it was available and wanted to schedule a test drive. When I tried to purchase it, I was told that it was sold. Run as fast as you can from this dishonest dealer. I should have believed the other reviewers, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. The are terrible and a bunch of liars! More
