I went to buy a 2005 Tacoma - 6 hour drive total and did it twice. The truck was advertised for $14,400. Long story short, the price ended up a thousand dollars more. Front and rear differential, carrier bearing, and u-joints. I finally got in touch with Dean Saidai (Sales MGR?) who offered to buy the truck back from me for what I had paid. This is about 2 months after I bought it. So, I very much appreciate him offering that, but it will still cost me for what I already put it to it to make it drivable and also taxes on buying another vehicle. So, overall, I think Dean did the admirable thing to do although it still puts me in a difficult situation trying to find another truck, getting this one back - 200 miles away. He also offered to fix the remaining issues at his cost, which is fine, but there again, I didn't plan on paying $20,000 - $25000 for a 2005 vehicle. More

They didn't know why they scheduled me. Then turned around and said it would be 5 to 6 hours to get it done. Wouldn't give me a loaner and didn't seem to care. Never offered me anything of convenience. This is actually the 2nd time. First time they had my car for 3 days for an oil change and rim repair, which was scheduled and didn't give timeline until I was there and no loaner then either. I left and contacted the dealer in Noblesville, they are getting me in with a loaner ready for me. They couldn't believe Carmel wouldn't help me and wanted my business. Over three months ago, I entrusted my vehicle to Napelton Hyundai for diagnosis and repair of an ongoing issue. To my disbelief, the service center has failed to provide any update or communication regarding Hyundai for diagnosis and repair of an ongoing issue. To my disbelief, the service center has failed to provide any update or communication regarding the status of my vehicle. Despite my repeated attempts to contact your representatives, I have encountered an astonishing lack of responsiveness and professionalism. It is disheartening to be left in the dark without any indication of when my vehicle will be completed. The absence of clear communication and a timeline for resolution is highly unacceptable and demonstrates a severe lack of regard for customer satisfaction. Moreover, the few instances when I have managed to reach someone at the dealership, the staff has displayed rudeness and a dismissive attitude towards my concerns. I entrusted my vehicle to Napelton Hyundai with the expectation of receiving competent service and respectful customer care. Regrettably, my experience has been far from satisfactory.
