Ordered a car and when I called to inquire for status updates no one was ever available to talk, and no one would ever call me back. Months later, my exact vehicle was inbound and the dealer finally contacted me (first time mind you after months of trying to get in touch with them) to offer me the car, but wouldn't give it to me at the agreed upon price per my order paperwork signed by the sales manager, and instead insisted on a large market adjustment. Ridiculous. I'm not one to write reviews, and a lot of the times when I see reviews like this claiming absurd business practices I think the people writing them are probably a bit crazy, but here I am.. More

DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this place!!! I wasscammed with DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this place!!! I was scammed with the Spot Delivery scam by Crystal Burton (Sales Person) and Jason in finance. I have all t DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this place!!! I was scammed with the Spot Delivery scam by Crystal Burton (Sales Person) and Jason in finance. I have all the screenshots to prove it. I was told On 11/26/21 that I was approved for a car& that Prestige was the lein holder. I have this information in a text message, Crystal manually entered my debit card payment because she said it was needed to prevent the car from being sold. I drove the car home & then on 12/06/21 Jason from finance called & said that they couldn't get the car financed due to employment verification issues. I send over a letter of verification on my company letter head as well as the 1099 to show being a independent contractor. Jason never submitted the information to the finance company. I found this out when I called them on 12/13/21 after asking multiple times for their contact info. The car was picked up & now Jason will not return my down payment. I want my money ASAP. I have also filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office, BBB, Auto Dealer Service Division. I have text messages from both Crystal & Jason showing them giving me the run around. I want my money & would like for someone to contact me ASAP before I go to the local news. More
