She arranged for me to test drive the car that same day. I was happy with the car and Lana helped me to purchase the car quickly and efficiently. Yuriy Fiskin handled the sale and was very helpful, explaining each step as he went along. Lana coordinated the rustproofing and exterior paint coating for the car. I found her to be extremely easy to work with. She took the time to make sure I was pleased with the car and wished me well. I would recommend this dealership, especially if you are able to work with Lana and Yurly. More
This dealership has a 90’s feel in the best way possible. There were no hidden fees or “extra” price for certification or extended warranty, the price you see online is basically what you pay. They even helped me out with some cosmetic issues with the car I bought free of charge. This dealership may not be the most up to date looking but I appreciate the way they are doing business. More
Tremendous experience! I am always reluctant to purchase vehicles from car dealerships, having difficult experiences in the past. When I started shopping for a good used veh I am always reluctant to purchase vehicles from car dealerships, having difficult experiences in the past. When I started shopping for a good used vehicle for my son to drive to college I visited numerous dealerships and walked away those dealerships feeling like I was never going to be able to purchase a car for my son. Then I contacted Lana Khatan at Castle Honda and she changed my whole perspective. I told her what I wanted for my son in terms of car, mileage, price and reliability and she really came through for me! What a great salesperson.. She was honest, informed and very easy to work with. I felt that she really cared about getting the right car for my son, and she worked hard to find him the right vehicle. I am thankful for her efforts and I highly recommend that you seek her out next time you want to buy a car. I know I will be sending my family and friends to her next time they want to purchase a car. Castle Honda is lucky to have her as a salesperson, and I thank her for her time and effort. Ramy A. More

There was a part missing-at this point, they has the car for 3 days and still did not have all the necessary parts??? We were also told someone would pick up my husband for a loaner on Friday . After waiting for over an hour, he called and said someone would drop him off to pick up the loaner. The mechanic told him on Friday when picking up the loaner that the part had arrived. When he asked if the car would be done on Saturday, the mechanic said that was a busy day and he would not work on the car that day, Today is Monday and we called to pick up the car and was told he needed to test drive it, but they would call when completed. We called at 5, and was told our car was done. Of course the 10% long time customer discount was omitted. Anna the shift manager does not call customers with service updates. Shouldn't this task be assigned to someone? Also shouldn't someone check over the final bill to make sure it is correct? A $300 savings is a substantial sum to most people. What is the escalation process for the service department if you are dealing with a shift supervisor and getting sub standard service? More
I've had two experiences here at the service department. Honestly I was over charged both times that I was there. For routine replacement of things, I paid over $1500 total. This is for things like coolant Honestly I was over charged both times that I was there. For routine replacement of things, I paid over $1500 total. This is for things like coolant and brake fluids flushed, oil change, and spark plugs replaced on a car with just 50,000 miles. The labor costs are insanely outrageous. They may tell you how much the parts cost but they don't tell you the labor fees upfront. There's a certain layer of deceit: they focus on your discounts but don't ever give you a solid number up front. I'm not a pushover but felt like I wasn't given all the information initially. Shame on them! At best their communication with customers suck. At worst they are dishonest and overcharging you. I will never go again. Please just learn from me and don't go here. That would make me feel so much better. Go where someone will do the work and tell you how much it costs upfront. More

I was their regular customer since 2013 before I realized the outrageous scam they expose customers to. My car has less than 27000 miles. Oil was changed on December 1. 2018. and the next service was scheduled for May 31st. 2019. I came on June 1st. The representative - Mr. Hammad - explained that, besides oil change (note: oil life was 20%), there were other important reasons they asked me to come in May. Specifically, according to my car records, the fluid replacement (brake and transmission) was in order. To my astonishment, he explained that brake and transmission fluids have to be replaced yearly. He even wrote a few vague words about that need, per my request. I asked him if it is time for a new car, but he told me clearly that my car is in excellent condition. As soon as I came home, I went through the invoices. Here are a few points: - November 2017: brake fluid exchange - August 2018: fuel system service - March 2018: replaced transmission fluid - June 2019: oil, brake and transmission fluid exchange - I have free oil and filter change for life, but in the last several years, I am paying Castle Honda for that service. - Engine oil is also replaced more frequently than Honda recommends. There are some other questionable items, but I'll leave them aside for now. I filled a survey they sent me a week ago, but it seems that nobody cares. So, stay away from Castle Honda! More
Stay away from Castle Honda Service Department Do not take your car to the service department. These are a whole bunch of crooks that are scamming senior citizens who can't defend themselves. I too Do not take your car to the service department. These are a whole bunch of crooks that are scamming senior citizens who can't defend themselves. I took my car last Saturday to get my AC fixed. The only reason I took my car to Honda Castle was because it was under warranty for an AC repaired for which I paid $815. I had the bad luck of dealing with Anna Randall who came with a list of services needed for over $650. I told her that I could not afford such amount o f money and asked her to give me the 2 top priorities on her list in order to have my AC working. I also told her that I was not interested in spending a lot of money in my car because I was planning to buy a new one. Following her recommendations, I paid $327.58. On the way home, my sister drove my car and I drove my daughter's in laws vehicle. Later that day, I noticed that the AC was not working. Tuesday morning I called the service department and they told me to go the next day. The next day, Anna Randall made me wait a couple hours and then came with another of her famous lists with a number of "services needed" for a total of $648 extra. I asked for my money back in order to take my car to another place and she referred me to them manager, Dan Kelleher who scratched out the $648 amount with his pen and told me that that amount was incorrect. He gave me a lot of excuses and asked me for another $240. Kelleher did not resolve my problem but he made sure to keep the invoice with the scratched amount so I didn't have any evidence. He gave me a new estimate for $240. I left the place with no AC and $327.58 less in my bank account. No apologies and no resolution to my problem. I will file a complaint with the Attorney General and the BBB. More

Since 2-3 years faking repairs to sell parts I visit this service center since almost 12 years. But, I noticed that since last 2-3 years they are faking repairs to sell the parts from their parts I visit this service center since almost 12 years. But, I noticed that since last 2-3 years they are faking repairs to sell the parts from their parts department. Since some of the people are not knowledgeable with the auto repairs, they scare them bringing a part and says car can break down and create a mindset for people coming to service into replacing the parts. Sometimes I feel like they are pulling the parts themselves and says the parts are loose and needs new parts. Their service people, sales people are tied up into deceiving car owners. This place needs a undercover/secret inspection for best practices so future car owners are not effected. Their past practices were way better than current money minting practices to sell labor and parts. More
