Never buy your car here. All they want is your money. Once you sign the purchase papers, you are on your own. I wouldn't take my car here for a free car wash. That's how All they want is your money. If they are a true professional car dealer salesman should have disclosed or find out first that the new car they are selling has a recall fix..yes we know thats normal but at least before you let cust should have disclosed or find out first that the new car they are selling has a recall fix..yes we know thats normal but at least before you let customer sign the deal find out first if there is a car fix needed and let the buyer knows and not the following day asking us to return for a recall fix just because they have sold the car already.. what if we have driven for a long drive and something happen..but sadly the manager just shove it and said dont worry nothing will happen to your car its new..how the xxxx will he know nothing will happen if accident happens why is he psychic...and when we want to back out he is telling us the title is fix already we cannot backout really.. bullxxxxing us not even 3 days sold to us but not disclosing the recall after 2 days..great never trust this guys if all they care is car sales More
They try to get more money out of you. I go in for a simple oil change for a car that is fairly new, and they always find away to get more out of you. Your bill will be very expensive. This kind of tact simple oil change for a car that is fairly new, and they always find away to get more out of you. Your bill will be very expensive. This kind of tactful practice, just chases your customers away, and they go to other Honda dealerships. More
Car died after less than 18 hours after purchase I bought a used car here and it dies less than 18 hours after purchase. While the car was at the side of the road waiting for a tow truck, someone app I bought a used car here and it dies less than 18 hours after purchase. While the car was at the side of the road waiting for a tow truck, someone approached us. He said that he worked at Castle Honda and could not believe we were sold the car. He suggested that we trade it in asap. When I spoke to the manager about the problem, he said that we signed a "buyer beware" form and they were not at fault. More
Unreliable recommendations I, too, do not feel that I can trust the recommendations for "required" service any more. They have resulted in huge bills. I was recently told by H I, too, do not feel that I can trust the recommendations for "required" service any more. They have resulted in huge bills. I was recently told by Honda Customer Relations (headquarters) that the Maintenance Minder should alert me to required service needed and because of my low mileage , the services I was charged for were probably a case of "upselling". I feel very much taken advantage of. More

She arrange When looking for a used Honda CR-V, I saw the car I wanted at Castle Honda. I called and talked to Lana to make sure it was available. She arranged for me to test drive the car that same day. I was happy with the car and Lana helped me to purchase the car quickly and efficiently. Yuriy Fiskin handled the sale and was very helpful, explaining each step as he went along. Lana coordinated the rustproofing and exterior paint coating for the car. I found her to be extremely easy to work with. She took the time to make sure I was pleased with the car and wished me well. I would recommend this dealership, especially if you are able to work with Lana and Yurly. More
This dealership has a 90’s feel in the best way possible. There were no hidden fees or “extra” price for certification or extended warranty, the price you see online is basically what you pay. They even help There were no hidden fees or “extra” price for certification or extended warranty, the price you see online is basically what you pay. They even helped me out with some cosmetic issues with the car I bought free of charge. This dealership may not be the most up to date looking but I appreciate the way they are doing business. More
Tremendous experience! I am always reluctant to purchase vehicles from car dealerships, having difficult experiences in the past. When I started shopping for a good used veh I am always reluctant to purchase vehicles from car dealerships, having difficult experiences in the past. When I started shopping for a good used vehicle for my son to drive to college I visited numerous dealerships and walked away those dealerships feeling like I was never going to be able to purchase a car for my son. Then I contacted Lana Khatan at Castle Honda and she changed my whole perspective. I told her what I wanted for my son in terms of car, mileage, price and reliability and she really came through for me! What a great salesperson.. She was honest, informed and very easy to work with. I felt that she really cared about getting the right car for my son, and she worked hard to find him the right vehicle. I am thankful for her efforts and I highly recommend that you seek her out next time you want to buy a car. I know I will be sending my family and friends to her next time they want to purchase a car. Castle Honda is lucky to have her as a salesperson, and I thank her for her time and effort. Ramy A. More
If you don't call, you know nothing Left car for a 2-3 day repair on Monday . Called on Thursday and was told the missing part was en route. There was a part missing-at this point, they has the car for 3 days and still did not have all the necessary parts??? We were also told someone would pick up my husband for a loaner on Friday . After waiting for over an hour, he called and said someone would drop him off to pick up the loaner. The mechanic told him on Friday when picking up the loaner that the part had arrived. When he asked if the car would be done on Saturday, the mechanic said that was a busy day and he would not work on the car that day, Today is Monday and we called to pick up the car and was told he needed to test drive it, but they would call when completed. We called at 5, and was told our car was done. Of course the 10% long time customer discount was omitted. Anna the shift manager does not call customers with service updates. Shouldn't this task be assigned to someone? Also shouldn't someone check over the final bill to make sure it is correct? A $300 savings is a substantial sum to most people. What is the escalation process for the service department if you are dealing with a shift supervisor and getting sub standard service? More
I've had two experiences here at the service department. Honestly I was over charged both times that I was there. For routine replacement of things, I paid over $1500 total. This is for things like coolant Honestly I was over charged both times that I was there. For routine replacement of things, I paid over $1500 total. This is for things like coolant and brake fluids flushed, oil change, and spark plugs replaced on a car with just 50,000 miles. The labor costs are insanely outrageous. They may tell you how much the parts cost but they don't tell you the labor fees upfront. There's a certain layer of deceit: they focus on your discounts but don't ever give you a solid number up front. I'm not a pushover but felt like I wasn't given all the information initially. Shame on them! At best their communication with customers suck. At worst they are dishonest and overcharging you. I will never go again. Please just learn from me and don't go here. That would make me feel so much better. Go where someone will do the work and tell you how much it costs upfront. More
