My girlfriend and I just bought a certified honda CRV. Excellent vehicle, we love everything about it. It was the only dealership that didn't charge us extra for the honda certification. I was nice not to feel that I did not get a lowball price to get me in then a bunch of BS fees added on. All in all older building great service from all. They sell used cars that are faulty and broke down. They promise to fix it after you purchase. Once the payment is exchanged they will forget about it and lie and say car comes as is. If they are a true professional car dealer salesman should have disclosed or find out first that the new car they are selling has a recall fix..yes we know thats normal but at least before you let cust should have disclosed or find out first that the new car they are selling has a recall fix..yes we know thats normal but at least before you let customer sign the deal find out first if there is a car fix needed and let the buyer knows and not the following day asking us to return for a recall fix just because they have sold the car already.. what if we have driven for a long drive and something happen..but sadly the manager just shove it and said dont worry nothing will happen to your car its new..how the xxxx will he know nothing will happen if accident happens why is he psychic...and when we want to back out he is telling us the title is fix already we cannot backout really.. bullxxxxing us not even 3 days sold to us but not disclosing the recall after 2 days..great never trust this guys if all they care is car sales More

I was recently told by Honda Customer Relations (headquarters) that the Maintenance Minder should alert me to required service needed and because of my low mileage , the services I was charged for were probably a case of "upselling". I feel very much taken advantage of. More
