The service department at this Castle Honda (now Napleton Honda) took advantage of my mother, a 90 year old woman on a fixed income when she visited the dealer for a simple oil change. The service writer (Hammad Ashgar) sold her a number of services (transmission fluid exchange, coolant exchange, brake fluid exchange, fuel system service) that were unnecessary for a 2 year old vehicle with 600 miles (yes, 600 miles) and operating properly. The bill totaled over $1,100.00. I have made many attempts to reach the Service Manager Dan who has yet to return any of my calls. It is unfortunate that this dealership chose to prey on an elderly woman. More

Strongly recommend Please ignore this dealer, The worst ever dealer I met in my life. It's my 4th brand new car - 2022 Honda Odyssey Touring. My experience with Castle Honda was Horrible. I had purchased 2022 Honda Odyssey Touring Blue. There is no other dealer got blue car till 25th So i decided to got with Castle Honda. The took all advantage on my buying and their is quote is ‘If you want to buy the car then buy it with no question asked otherwise please leave’ when I tried to ask a question to Finance & Sales Managers. Ramsin is sales person who worked with me, he is best no doubt in it. He got the best deal for me. He offered $40074 out door price. I was okay with the price and made advance $500 on 25th May and got car on 3rd June. From 25th May to 2nd June I didn’t got a single call or text from them about the update. I called them twice to get update, the sales manager(Nora) replied me, why are you calling us don’t call we will update if some thing shows up in a rude manner. I thought she is showing her outer frustration on me and I ignored. 3Rd June I went to showroom to pick the car, here I met 2 wonderful arrogant people named as 1) Ervin - Finance manager. The moment I entered into his office, he behaved in rude manner. I don’t want to answer any of my questions related to payment. He just wants me to say yes for everything what he told and sign the papers. Ex : This gentleman claimed he had more than 20 years experience in car financing but couldn’t answer single question of myne, I am not weather he don’t know the answer or he don’t want to answer me. I live in Dupage county and My cousin lives in my home bought Honda CRV EXL one week back in Lisle Honda. They added a sales tax 7./. In purchase ordered. I shown screen shot of my cousins agreement.Castle Honda added 7.25./. Purchase order to my car. I just tried to understand why differences show up in sales tax and asked him, he didn’t even tried to reply question. 2) On June 2nd Ramsin sent a purchase order copy,$40075(Msrp + Destination) SM shown me same copy by adding $125 for wheel lock which already installed. They didn’t even told me that. So I told I don’t need them asked to remove them. There comes entry of 2nd wonderful person ' Nora'. She came to me and asked me to leave If I don't want Wheel locks. Most Interesting thing is they installed wheel locks infront of me which they lied earlier. 2) Nora ( Sales Manager) : The most ruder, arrogant and irresectable person I have ever seen in buying history. This is my 4th brand new car purchase. I came to know that she is working in same place for more than 20 years not sure how showroom is surviving with such arrogant people.
