I just bought a brand new 2013 honda accord sports ed. From these ppl at castle Honda. I must say my experience was exceptionally wonderful! We have been to numberous car dealers for the past few years shopping for a car and never have I been dealt with so nicely. We walk in and within 10 minutes we are in a car for a test drive. alone. we come back and we are straight in business. No BS. No crap. Just business. And we were given offers that were very legit. Our salesperson was Van. He was by far the nicest,coolest sales person ever! He was kind funny and most of all PATIENT! We literally had the poor guy walk out 5x to show us our color options and he gave us our space to take some time to think. We were there for pretty much the whole day...Van even offered us some crackers while we waited for the finance guy (who was also super nice and informative...he was actually helping us to decide what would be the best option for us!)... not only the sales rep and the finance guy, but the manager Nora was also very very nice. She was busy and all over the place yet she still kept a friendly attitude and was professional. I honestly am surprised at all these negative reviews. I really cant say if I got an awesome deal on the car or not, but I can say that my customer experience at this place was by far the best I have experienced in buying a car. These ppl really made my purchase much better! Thanks Castle Honda! Ps. I hope this feeling stays the same through out my time with them. More
We had a good experience with Harris. He was not pushy or "in your face." We loved that we were able to do our test drives on our own, without a specific path to follow and were not rushed. Not a lot of wiggle room on the price, but we negotiated a little, and it was still a decent price for what we got. Overall, we were happy with our experience and would recommend this dealership. We had a hasslefree experience and got a great deal on a new 2013 Accord Sport. They were quick, fair, professional and efficient and did not waste our time or try and sell us things we did not want. Harris was already outside the door on a freezing day, welcoming customers who was not waiting for anyone. He was very informative and when he was not sure, he asked his manager, which I always appreciat welcoming customers who was not waiting for anyone. Our financing consultant pushed to get the right financing for me without pushing me to include any incentives I did not want. He gave every possible option he could give us. Castle Honda made buying a car simple. The price I was given on the phone is what I paid for the vehicle. The features of the vehicle were explained to me. Mark in finance worked to get me the best financing rate and kept my payment where I needed it to be. He offered me many options to add to my purchase, of which I am grateful for. There were things I wasn't even aware of such as Smart Payment Plan to make my payments for me and Lojack to protect my new car. All of my concerns were addressed and I left completely satisfied. The dealership and the salesman don't care about you after they have your money. The salespeople are just after a fast sale and then you can drop dead. Don't call with a problem because no one will return your call. And when you take your car into the Service Department, they practically laugh at you and act like your making up the problem with your car. It's like you're so stupid you don't know what you're talking about. The price was okay but I'm sure if I had looked around a little more I could have found a dealership to match their price. I would gladly have paid more to not to be treated like an idiot by Bill Jew and Castle Honda. More

Overall a very negative experience. I made a purchase at this dealership a number of years ago which was fine, and so went back for the new purchase - what a terrible mistake!
